Great location, very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom well stocked, and additional amenities stuff available downstairs.

Standard room, a bit on the smaller side (even for Japanese standards), lovely staff, location was close enough to the train station and only 1 stop away from Ueno. Vending machine, laundry and smoking room all located on the 1st floor.

Bathroom door opens outwards but can't open fully against the wall so basically it always has to be closed, and the bathroom was extremely small. We (2 avg sized Asians) were fine but taller people might have trouble moving around in the bathroom. We did not see laundry detergent for use in the laundry room or anywhere else (either free or for sale), so we couldn't really do our laundry. I now realized I should've asked receptionist, our mistake to assume it'd be automatically dispensed like at some other hotels and laundromats.

Value for money, the cleanliness, smart TV, free amenities, private bathroom, laundry coin inside the hotel, "Konbini" and other stores nearby, just 7-10 minutes walk to the nearby station.

Air conditioner didn't work properly when I stayed there. The first night it was okay, but on the second night the air was too hot and stuffy I had to open the window for fresh air. The room is too narrow when you brought 2 medium size suitcases and 1 baby stroller.

It is near the nippori station which has direct line to narita & is on yhe yamanote line. closest exit is south exit but i recommend looking for the east exit (for elevator & escalators). There are a lot of restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Checkin & checkout at smooth. It has induction, mini fridge, microwave, cups & glasses, small tub, tv, A/C, small wall cabinet. I recommend this for backpackers only and max 3 nights. Not recommended for big people or westerners as you will feel cramped. But overall since we just use this for sleep for 8N we were able to compromise.

Beddings were kinda itchy since its not newly placed like it has dust. We were not able to use the small cabinet under the bed since it was very dusty. Lavatory has water molds. But hey you get what you pay for.

The location is one of the big reasons I booked this hotel. It's just a couple of minutes away from Nippori station, which connects to Narita airport with the Keisei skyliner in less than an hour. Also very near the textile district. There are restaurants, drugstores, conbini and other shops around which make if super convenient. The room had everything I needed:, a working fridge, microwave, air conditioning, tv, among other stuff. The staff was very polite and helpful when we arrived early in the morning and kept our suitcases so we could go out.

For some reason they reduced their staffed front desk hours, so there's no one before 9 and after 6, although you can contact someone through the tablet they have. The room was smaller than I thought and I had a room all for myself. There's already signs of wear in the room, specially the bathroom. They need to patch all that stuff, it makes it look older than it is.

Room is clean, a bathroom is good. There is a microwave in the room with small fridge. Just room is really small. They offer hairbrush, toothbrush and paste and face cleaning stuff for free. There is SevenEleven very close which is open all night with good sandwiches. At the backyard there is a smoking place for guests. There are a lot of small shops around and public transportation is good.

Having two elevators in this small but tall building really helped. One complimentary room cleaning on the day of my choice was provided. Daily garbage collection was also provided. Staff also stored my luggage both before and after my stay. The location in Nippori makes this hotel perfect if you're flying out of Narita Airport.

I had to defrost the freezer in the refrigerator, and I also made a minor repair to the toilet to prevent it from running continuously (adjusted the float).

Very close to a major station with lots of amenities nearby. 2 elevators for a small building meant very quick service.

The bed was harder than I'm used to, and I defrosted the freezer. There was construction noise during the day at times, but I was warned about it.

This property had a great location. Conveniently located 4 mins walk to Nippori station and 7/11 just a few metres away. The room was small (but this was expected). Bonus was having the laundry space. It was clean and service was great!

Price was a little steep but this was also expected as we left our booking to last minute and we knew we were booking in peak season.

The affordability and location of this hotel were excellent. Nippori isn't a trendy part of Tokyo, but well connected for a huge range of lines, including the Narita Skyliner, Yamanote loop trains and Keihin-Tohoku line for a direct service to Yokohama. The front of desk staff were helpful, polite and tried hard speaking English. There was a decent mini fridge with ice-box. The bed, desk area and carpet of the room felt recently refreshed and also it nice of the hotel to provide a wide range of charging and network leads (the wired internet for laptops was fast and faultless) as well as other amenities.

The kitchenette and unit bathroom were dated Showa 61 (1986). While still functional, they felt they were reaching the end of their operational life.
