Very close to Tsurumi Station, a good place to stay if you want to spend a night somewhat close to Haneda (about 40 min counting walking and taking the train). If taking suitcases with you, pay attention to the notice showing the entrance with the elevator going a bit further and taking the ramp to the left. The staff can keep your suitcases for a while after checking out.

I booked the double room to share the bed with my husband, but it had 2 single beds put together, so there was that uncomfortable crack in the middle...

The location was good to go to Haneda Airport and also Minato Mirai Also there was 2 stations near the hotel and many stores and restaurants.

The breakfast time is too short, because it ends 9am. Also the elevator access from the first floor was kind of hidden.

Great location to train station and cruise port! Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. It was very convenient for pre cruise stay.

The room was very small, was an adjustment and glad it was only needed for 1 night. Our shower leaked on floor, it seemed to be coming from under the sink area on the floor. It did not seem to be a first time but we were in a hurry to check out and did not advise hotel staff.

The facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the station. Late check-out can be arranged till 1.00 pm at an additional cost of 1000¥ per hour.

One side faces close to two railway lines, so it might be a little noisy at night. Fortunately my room was facing a different direction. About 15-20 minutes from Yokohama and about 30 minutes to Chinatown.

Good location, close to 2 train stations, not to far from the center of Yokohama, and direct trains to the airport of Haneda. Very nice staff talking English. Hotel convenient. Excellent breakfast, combining Japanese and Western food.

Room very small, impossible to move in it or to put all the luggages. Not enough electricity plug in. The first night was too cold because the heating was out of order. However, the staff fixed the issue for the 2nd night.

The location was perfect and my main reason for booking the hotel. It's a very short walk from both the JR and Keikyu stations, making it easy to catch the train to the airport in the morning or to go out and pick up quick snacks from your favorite convenience store. Staff was friendly and it was great for the single night's stay.

It's a typical small-sized room without much frill, but that was just what I was looking for, so I don't really have any complaints.

The rooms are a little small, which is to expected. It is exceptionally clean, though, and if live neatly, it won't be a problem.

Location is super excellent just few minutes walk from Tsurumi station. The room and all areas are very clean and there is a light pleasent fragrance felt in the room and the entire floor. Perhaps some kind of incense. Staff are super friendly and smiley. Highly recommend!

The room was small or maybe overstuffed. I booked solely for myself but it was a double room. It might feel tight and a bit movement-restricting for two persons.

Friendly staff and service. Tourist facilities like JR Tsurumi(connected to JR Yokohama and Tokyo station by Tokaido Line), convenience store, restaurants, cafe, and others are just ahead.

The chair was so hard, my butt almost burst. I wish there was a cushion.
