The hotel is just a short walk from Kawasaki Station, making travel super convenient. There's a sheltered walkway, so we stayed dry even during the rain. The room, while compact, had enough space for two people and our luggage. The small double bed was comfortable and came with two pillows each. A coffee machine and two complimentary bottles of water were provided in the room. Plenty of eateries, shops, a big supermarket next door, and a BIC Camera store nearby made the area very convenient.

It was very close to Kawasaki Station and located within a shopping mall! There was a Starbucks a few minutes away and Yodobashi Camera too. I also appreciated getting help from the front desk to check in early and hold our luggage as well as sending our luggage to our next destination.

There is no option to do laundry and this is very important to us when booking a place to stay. There is laundry service, but that is a per piece charge and not an affordable option for a family. We were provided a map with the nearest coin laundry but we were not comfortable with that option or the idea of spending a large chunk of our time at a laundromat.

The hotel is in a very good location being a short walk from both train stations. There is also a bus station and taxi rank outside the hotel. There are may shops, restaurants and convivence stores nearby. Staff were very helpful and professional, check in and check our was very easy. Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable and had good amenities. I have stayed here a few times now and the service and quality of stay is always very high. Room rates are competitive and JAL air miles can be earned if booked on special rate.

Nothing was bad during my stay. There was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway but you can book a non-smoking room

The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with English. The location is excellent, making it a convenient and pleasant experience overall.

The entrance to the front desk is quite confusing. On my first visit, I ended up on the second floor, only to realize it was part of a mall and not the lobby. I spent quite some time wandering around with my luggage, trying to locate the correct entrance. The walls are very thin and do not block sound effectively. I could clearly hear noise from outside as well as from the neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive.

The staff were so professional and helpful. We had a nice view over the city, and the room was nice and spacious and comfortable. We also tried room service (very tasty) and breakfast (an amazing selection of Western and Japanese foods, including sweets like jelly and ice cream). Also, the location was pretty ideal - mere minutes from JR Kawasaki and Keikyu-Kawasaki stations, and next door to a shopping centre and supermarket.

The room service menu was a little limited, and the room could have benefitted from a bigger table for eating off of.

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and taxi stands, walkable within about 2-3 minutes. The room was compact but sufficient for one guest, and generally has everything you need for short-term stays.

Only a minor issue, the room was not as soundproofed as I would have liked it to be. You can hear other guest room doors closing and the sounds of other guests' conversations as they walk through the hallways. It may not be as noticeable for rooms further away from the elevator with less foot traffic, but for rooms closer to the elevator (like mine), you are likely to hear more noises from outside the room.

We loved the location to Kawasaki station, the room was a corner room with a fantastic view of Kawasaki and beyond. Super-comfy bed and all the amenities (coffee/tea/bathroom) we needed for a comfortable stay. If you are traveling with luggage and want to explore Tokyo, this hotel is a welcome sight, as it's an easy stroll from Kawasaki station. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Breakfast (get a discount ticket) on the 10th floor was amazing!

There's nothing we didn't like.

Big room. Excellent breakfast. Attached to the train station. Restaurants all around. Cleanliness at its best. Silent rooms. Plenty of space for keeping cloths, shoes. Best toilet.

No laundry service. My forex card was not accepted by their machine but it worked everywhere else. Had to pay by credit card.

The views at this hotel was very nice as we got a view of the city. This was very close to the shopping centers and transportation. There is a good amount of late night food options all around. The staff was very helpful as well.

We could smell a small hint of cigarette smoke in the room. However, the room has an air purifier which helped.
