Short walking to the subways, restaurants nearby and convenient stores just across the street. Spacious room with well thought out especially the long writing table. The breakfast is very good and has a wide varieties of choice.

Ventilation in the toilet is not working and the air condition's flap is dusty.

I loved the pleasant weather of kitakyushu and yes Japanese hospitality. The hotel location is good and the hotel staff is very supportive.

Language problem even with hotel staff. They don't understand english.

They offer a delicious breakfast buffet which is suitable for all ages, even for my 15 months-old baby. In addition, I also can borrow some toys or picture books for my baby during our stay.

I like their nice breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western styles. Also, soft bed at the room really helped me to sleep well !!

I think the hotel is ok. It is definitely ok for the price you pay. A few benefits they also have is free coffee at certain times throughout the day with Miso soup and rice, and a free can of beer each day available for customers. Definitely make sure to request it though immediately to get your daily beer. It may be hard to notice the advertisement. Of course, if you are drinker :)
