The fully equipped kitchen is very convenient for us to prepare our breakfast and dinner. We drove a very tall van with 8 people, so we could not park in the provided parking space. The house owner replied to the message very quickly to offer alternative options. We also asked them about the hot water supply for the bathroom, and they replied very soon. We stayed for four nights, and they came to clean the house on the third day. The air conditioners were super helpful in the summer. Since the location is very close to Fushimi Inari Taisha, it is very convenient to visit there in the early morning or evening. Although the nearby restaurants usually close very early, we either ate somewhere else and drove back to rest, or we bought something from the supermarket and went back 'home' to cook.

The location to the Inari train station was fantastic and a quick 5 minute walk and the Inari Shrine was a short 2 minute walk. The house had great air conditioning, which was necessary in June, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The house was traditional Japanese and had PLENTY of room for the 9 of us. The pics are an accurate representation of the house.

We struggled to find the house upon arrival and ended up on a neighboring street. One particular neighbor was extremely unhelpful and even asked for an apology. Regardless, the owner did her best to help us locate the house, which was on the other side of the Dead End road.

It was a very nice stay overall. The beds were comfortable. The house had many rooms. It was very clean and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning during our 4 day stay. The garden is very beautiful.

There is only 1 shower/bath area in the house (downstairs). There are 2 toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs).

The area is gorgeous. The house is spectacular with many rooms and air conditioning in every living space. The host is kind.

The price is high, but that’s expected to be this close to Fushimi Inari Taisha.

Such a beautiful property and centrally located near the Fushimi-Inari Shrine, just minutes away from the JR line and also the local railway.

The door in the main living room opens and shuts too loudly.

There were many missing utensils in the kitchen which the owner could easily prepare (some cheap one from IKEA for example)
