it was very comfortable and spacious. the beds were very warm. the kitchen was equip enough to cook meals, except it didn't have a drying rack for the dishes so we had to get some dish cloths, and the vent was a bit far from the stove. the bathroom was big and clean. it also had a ventilation/drying system for your laundry to dry quicker.

while it appeared very clean at the start, we would notice dust on the walls around the kitchen and eventually the vent clogged with dust. the bathroom would start smelling bad as it dries up but i think that's a problem with the pipe system. the location wasn't too convenient for transportation, but it was in a pleasant neighbourhood with a grocery and a 100 yen store nearby. another thing that may be an issue for people who don't speak japanese or have never lived in japan is that there are no instructions in english on how to run hot water, or adjust the airconditioner or the vent system in the bathroom.

Checking in and checking out was a breeze because there isn't a reception area. Staff were quick to answer any questions and the location is in a quiet neighborhood next to Seimei shrine. The car park is very close and there's also a bus stop in front of it! The room is spacious (perfect for up to 3 people) and the bathroom was wider than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The room was also very clean. Definitely recommend for short/weekly stays for those who don't mind using public transport to travel to the heart of Kyoto!

The room was very nice and comfortable.

The hot water wasn’t working when I went to take a shower. Turns out there’s a button in the kitchen area to turn on the hot water in the bathroom. It says never to turn it off, but it was off when we arrived. Also, the room safe wasn’t operational because the batteries were dead. Finally, I didn’t appreciate the sign by the window leading to the balcony that said “No Peeping” and “Don’t open the window”.

Good sized unit, discounted rate for longer stays, lots of knickknacks for air quality, and generally very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not particularly close to any subway or train stations. The fridge is also a bit small.

Clean and comfortable. Two convenience stores within 3 minute walk from the apartment. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Even though it is unstaffed. There was always constant communication via bookings.com. was guided every step of the way.

The elevator and shared galleries were a bit unkept.

Really nice place to stay. A bit different to other places but the perfect place to relax and chillout in the city. Easy to access and find. Very comfy.

required to leave 400yen tax as cash extra on table, why can’t that be included in the price? many people don’t carry cash or coins, like myself. i had to go make change to leave tax fee. it is better to just include from beginning. also, no staff on-site despite the current requirements in Kyoto September 2022

The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.
