Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast cook. Comfortable bed. Good price.

The room was a little musty smelling.

The location was perfect. It is close to the Matsue Station.

Room was satisfactory. Wi-fi speed was superb - I tested it at 360 Mb/s down and 100 Mb/s up.

Lower cost than other hotels but further away from the station Mediocre breakfast Smallish rooms Hotel is about half a mile or about 1 km south of Matsue Station, but all the sights of the city are really north of it. There is a convenience store about 2 minutes on foot away, but virtually nothing else. They do offer coffee in the lobby and a free breakfast, though selection is scant and while edible, nothing to write home about.

The location is very nice. Relatively close to Matsue station. Not a far walk to arrive there at all. The morning buffet was decent tasting.

Nothing was clean. There was another persons pubic hair in the bed and bedsheets. Booked a non smoking room. However ended up in a smoking room. They said that they were out of non smoking rooms because other guests had arrived before I had. The Tabacco smell was so thick inside the room that it made me sick for a few days. The hallways stink of cigarettes so badly. You cannot breathe once the elevator doors open. The walls of the bathroom were covered in black splotchy mold.
