Affordable, convenient, comfortable, tidy. Big pros are the free facilities such as laundry and dryer (3 machines each + powdered detergent!!), as well as a small range for the breakfast buffet, and bike rental (up to 5hrs). There's also limited parking onsite but make sure to reserve when you book – we missed out however there were plenty of paid carparks less than 5 minute walks away. We booked the family room(?) so we had plenty of space for our 2 luggages + 1 carry-on, however it may be a bit cramped for a group of four as the room is intended (as we all expect for Japanese accommodation). Only "con" is that it's a shared shower room on each floor (3 showers per floor), however we knew this when booking so didn't come as a surprise – it was clean and not busy at all so we didn't have to wait for a turn like you would for laundry. Pillows are a little hard but this is up to preference and didn't cause any issues or soreness for us. Overall, would absolutely stay here again if/when we visit Mishima. Thank you, Hotel Gee Haive!

The hotel is located very close to the Mishima station. You have your own room with a toilet and a basin. There are very comfortable shared bathrooms. The rooms are quiet. We have really appreciated work space with free baverages and wine from 17 to 20 hr. We also used the option to borrow bicycles for free. The breakfast was amazing. You can also keep your luggage there before and after your stay. They have quite good inspirational books you can read there (we used the one with hiking courses in the area). The Mishima town is very nice to walk around with nice places to eat and drink in. You can just get on a train and you can go hiking in the mountains nearby (with a view on Mt. Fuji, of course) and you can get within a little time to Atami and Shuzenji.

Excellent customer service. Free flow of coffee, tea. Sumptuous breakfast spread. Luggage storage one day before check-in was allowed which made us very happy. Free use of washer & dryer.

Toilet only has a curtain & the whole room stinks after doing business. One of the rooms was had a bad odour during check-in. So we asked to change room. The staff helped with the change. But we realized later that the bad odour is due to the toilet. Will be wonderful if hotel can consider installing doors instead. Other than this setback, we really loved this hotel. Will not think twice to stay again, except for the toilet.

Very close to the train station, just a 6-minute walk. The room was amazing and very comfortable — we stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami mats, a futon, and a lovely low table. I really liked it. There’s a 7-Eleven only 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel offers all the services you might need, including a complimentary aperitif with wine and other drinks. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Mishima.

Nothing everything was perfect

It is quite a modern concept of hotel, functional, well equip, provide all the necessity. Buffet breakfast is just nice with both Japanese and western style. I like the collection of the books, choice of drinks (with wine), the dining area and lobby set up. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. Quite near to the main station and easy to locate.

It will be better to have heating facility at the common bathroom especially during the cold winter. The drying area is cold after getting out of the shower area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mishima! The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice, the beds were great (nice and firm). It comes with breakfast which was tasty, and filling, we could have coffee, juice, and tea anytime during the day. There were also bicycles to borrow (free of charge) and the shower rooms were clean, spacious and their body wash smells wonderful I defintely recommend it!

The place is very neat and clean. The interior design is stylish and considerate. The rooms are equipped with the smart toilet and the shared shower is separated. It also has the women only shower so I really don’t have nothing to worry about. You could use the drink service whole day and they offer different kinds of soft drinks. The laundry is also free!! Also with the dryer! The staff treated us very nicely and kept our luggage for a day which helps a lot. The place is also very close to the station. They also offer books for you to kill time with. You could also rent a bike here. Everything is so nice and I really had a wonderful time here!!!

The hotel was surprisingly nice. The location was good, a 5min walk to the station and a convenient store right around the corner. The room was clean and we had our own toilet and 2 sinks, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was really nice! And the staff was super helpful. He searched for the bus we needed to take the other day and even printed the information for us, thanks again!

The shared bathroom/shower room was a little dirty. Even tho the rest of the hotel was clean.

This was a great place to explore Mishima from or go to the Izu peninsula! Good location near train station, parks and dining. Staff very helpful and lots of free to use amenities such as for the shared showers which were very good. Nice breakfast area and food.

Room smelled old and stuffy like ingrained smoke in walls from years ago when I first arrived. There was fabric and air freshener spray to help this.

Having a own room but without own shower for hostel prices! Price/quality couldn't be better. Staff is kind. Common area is the breakfast area so kinda isolated from each other. Don't come here expecting a real connection/party time but enjoy in peace. 7/11 around the corner. 10 min walking distance from the bus/train station where you can go to the Hakone area. Bus takes you in an hour to Hakone and also passes the Mishima Skywalk. Look out for the latest bus going back (around 6 pm as i can remember)
