I really liked the view of Mount Fuji from the bedroom, and the location as it is close to the train station. The breakfast was good and the laundry services were ideal ( please note you need 100 yen coins i found this out the hard way when I put two 50 yen coins and the washer didnt work). The staff were great despite tha language barrier, and i noticed will always help customers when needed.

The view of mount Fui was great, bowever there is also a view of the water treatment plant if you look down from the window. Not ideal but this does not spoil the experience of the hotel, and I would stay ehere again.

Very good and affordable accommodation with fantastic breakfast. The staff who took care of the breakfast were absolutely incredible, no luxury but the essentials such as eggs and meat and that they stocked up with food right up to closing time. Perfect location for trips to the beach in Numazu, a closer look at Mt. Fuji in Gotemba and Atami. Toyoko will be our standard hotel next time we visit Japan. Unfortunately there was no Toyoko available for us in Tokyo this time, but glad we had the pleasure of staying 6 nights in Mishima which is a nice little town

Breakfast area was a little crowded, but the breakfast itself more than compensated for this.

This chain is reasonably priced, reasonably comfortable, and often near the station. This specific hotel is all those things - especially close to the north exit of the train station. Check in was prompt and polite and there's a solid breakfast included.

The breakfast on Sunday morning was a bit crazy with loads of people in a somewhat small space over a limited period of time. A longer breakfast availability would really help avoid having people standing up waiting for a table.

1. The facilities are quite old. 2. They only use machines for check-in and check-out. The queues can be really long, and even when staff are available, they still insist you use the machines, which is hard to understand. 3. They offer free breakfast, but it is very crowded. 4. There is only one elevator serving all the floors.

It is amazing how quiet rooms are. Elevators are quiet. Also the cleaning staff do very good. There is no dust on the carpet. Bath is clean. The windows in lobby breakfast area are clean so good job excellent management at this property.

I wish TV were not on the small desk. Can you put on the wall?. My room windows 1203 leaked cold air .moving curtains. I could not find the leak except on windy situation.

It is very close to the train station. It maintains the same quality of other Toyoko Inn in other Japan cities.

It's not exactly related to the hotel. I didn't like the fact that there was no free passage between the north and south sides of the train station. If the hotel offers more frequent shuttle service between the south side of the station and the hotel, it would help.

The location was great for us, right next to the train and car rental, the bed was the most spacious we had in Japan and it was fun to see Mount Fuji in the morning from the window. There are 2 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk.

The room was a bit cramped, but for one night it really didn't bother us. The breakfast wasn't to my taste at all, but it seems the locals liked it (:

Located near the quite side of the JR station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value of money for business hotel with complimentary breakfast.

Walk 15-20 minutes to city centre with more choices of food.

Good location close to station

Staff was too strict in helping with luggage storage We couldn’t manage to book 4 executive nights but had to check out one day and return to stay two more nights, so we asked for the luggage storage for one overnight due to this exceptional case. However it was not acceptable. Our friend in another Toyoko Inn could do so.

The location was fantastic for an overnight stay. We arrived by bus and left by Shinkansen from just across the road. Check in and out was easy, staff were very helpful and friendly. Many tables free for dinner of an evening.

The washing machines and dryers were too small for a busy hotel.
