Everything was great, the price was fair, the location is great, the room is spacious and clean, no issues found. The room was very quiet. Wifi was also very stable

The check-in process is unnecessarely over complicated. You do not need authomated system for self-check in if 2 receptionists are on duty always there - waste of money for staff and for the complicated IT-system. Nonetheless it is not a problem, but only a suggestion

Location wise is excellent. Close to Sakae and walking distance to Nagoya castle which is a must do attraction in Nagoya. Nice small clean modern rooms set up mainly for businessmen. Staff were very nice and on the ground floor there is a nice public bath. Place wasn’t too crowded when I was there. Nagoya is not a main tourist spot so you don’t feel claustrophobic but not that many things to do hence Nagoya castle a must

It’s a little tricky to find ( exit 5 Maranouchi station look for VDrug supermarket). Would like to have more vending machines in the hotel. Breakfast is OK but missing some options like omelettes, fruit which would have been nice

The location is great and the price is also unexpensive. The room is clean and there are some convenient stores nearby. You can walk to "Sakae" in 10~15mins. Even it is not a very popular location but it's still convenient and quiet. The room is bigger than I expected! For this price, it's even larger than the typical hotel rooms in major Japanese cities. The hotel features a public bathhouse, which is very comfortable, although the water temperature in the bathhouse is a bit too high, haha.

Hard pillows but they have soft ones outside. I didn’t like that I couldn’t find my room because they don’t understand English and when I asked what floor room was they said 1st floor. But the hotel has no rooms on the first floor. So we stopped at all floors. Also elevator keeps stopping on L floor even if you don’t press it lol

Room was tiny but very nice. Extra pillows available. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options! We really liked the location, we could walk anywhere without problems.

Onsen is very small and not very spectacular but at least it was not crowded. For some reason, we had to come to the reception to ask for a breakfast ticket every day (not clear why as we had booked everything with breakfast included). Reception is not very foreigner-friendly. Absolutely no english (though, that seems to be the case all over the city, not as international friendly as other cities in Japan).

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The rooms were new and well cleaned, with option to simply swap out towels also available. Each floor has extra pillows, robes and pyjamas available also. Breakfast was very generous and very tasty. The artificial hotspring was also welcome at the end of a long day. Good location - walking distance to two metro stations.

No problems at all with this facility. Happy.

The public bath was nice - good place to warm oneself after rainy day.

Unfortunately once again, the lounge wear in Japanese business hotel are the size of Japanese business people, not foreigner size.

Location perfect 10 minutes away from the subway in close proximity to the science museum and castle

Check in receptionist didn’t speak English but we used Google translate as the check in machine was only available in Japanese

I love that there is a grocery shop nearby selling fruits and vegetables and a bakery selling freshly baked bread. The pharmacy nearby is very convenient. The breakfast offered is very good as well.

stuff were very kind and helpful. when I needed help to send my luggages thru Yamato(the baggage transfer to my next hotel) There were complications with my next hotel in Hakata. the green rich staff were trying their best to solve the situation for me, making numerous phone calls to sort out the transferring. I was very impressed and feel grateful.

do not put much expectation to their public hot bath. your tub in your room is just as fine.
