The hotel is located one building away from a Lawson's convenience store, and just outside of it is the main street, where there are eateries and a supermarket. It's also very near the airport, it will cost you only a little over 1000 yen via taxi to reach it. The WiFi is fast and stable, and the beds are huge. The room space is adequate and it has all the amenities you can expect in a hotel. The most impressive part for me was the shower in the bathroom, which is pretty high with high water pressure. The hotel also has a parking lot adjacent to it, and it will cost you 700 yen for 24 hours if you have a rented car you're parking overnight. It is also within walking distance to Naminoue Beach.

Wish that the hotel would provide free parking for its guests. Also, the bedsheets are a little scratchy in some rooms - I stayed on two separate trips, and the room with the extra large bed had the scratchy bedsheets, but the room with the normal king sized bed was very comfortable.

I travel often and visited Japan multiple times generally staying in 4 and 5 star hotels. This was a very pleasant stay overall: - The hotel was one of the cleanest i have stayed in Japan so far. - Facilites were new and again, clean. - Bed was very comfortable. - Staff were very kind and helpful. I wanted to book some tours (brochures in the lobby) and they called the tour companies for me.

- First, the hotel is 4 stars on Booking but has 3 stars on Google. - Since it is in Japan, rooms are really tiny. I had a huge double bed in my room and there was literally no space to open my medium size luggage. I opened it in front of the bathroom and jumped over it every time i had to move. I should have booked a room with two single beds and used one bed to keep my luggage and stuff. - I was working during my stay and there is no desk in the room where you can work. - There is complimentary coffee/tea from 9am to 9pm (i guess) in the lobby but there is no coffee in the room. So you either have to go downstairs or a cafe nearby for coffee.

The staff at the property are incredibly helpful. One of the managers spent at least an hour trying to set up a rental car for our trip even though most places were closed. The evening bartender was also very lovely. She talked to us about Okinawa and even gave us an anime pamphlet from a show based in Uruma City after we told her about spending the previous night there. The triple room is worth the extra money as it is sooo much bigger than the double, although the double does have a beautiful shower. The location is also excellent as it’s a 10 minute drive to the airport and the hotel has a free shuttle service that runs past and is around a 15 minute walk from the main strip. Really worth the stay and we even stayed a second time on our return to Naha.

The laundry machine (washer/dryer combo) is not really worth the cost as it doesn’t truly dry your clothes. Also, our first room smelled fairly musty. The front staff provided some air freshener to help with it though.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower is as good as the other reviews say— three different options which you can use individually or in combination with good pressure and temperature control. The room was on the small side, but we managed with our two large and two small suitcases. Staff is very friendly! The breakfast had a very nice variety and good quality. Even the coffee was good, and usually breakfast buffet coffee is mediocre at best. The hotel is fairly quiet as well. All around a great choice and a good deal!

Only that the room is small, but even with all our luggage, we made it work!

Overall value and facilities were great. Staff were friendly and provided detailed assistance when asked. The room was simple and had everything you need.

Parking for cars was not on site. I don't think I read information about the parking area before booking the hotel. However, staff gave clear information about the surrounding parking areas. Just remember, only coins are used to pay for parking, no card. The room was a little bit small for the size of the bed, so walking around and placing baggage was difficult. Shower facilities were only written in Japanese, so I had to make some assumptions on how to use the shower.

This hotel is really worth it—clean, in a great location, and the staff are amazing. We had trouble with our helicopter tour because we had just gone scuba diving, but the tour company only spoke Japanese, so we couldn’t communicate with them. A staff member named Shimoda (sorry if we spelled it wrong) helped us call them and sort everything out. My partner and I were really impressed with the staff’s service. The hotel also has a free lounge with drinks every night, and the bathroom was really special. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much and will definitely come back!

The property offers great amenities, bigger bed than in the other hotels and the most friendly, supportive, and sociable staff. It suggests free non alcoholic beverages in the lounge from 16-21 and other drinks for a la carte choice and joy. The room had everything I need and a shower with many massage options /spa shower. You must take breakfast as it is a real joy many fruit and unusual options combined with variety of western breakfast choice and ingredients. The evening shift staff are amazing, but the whole team was doing their best to make it an amazing stay.

We stay 2 nights at this hotel. 1) Front desk Staff is very helpful and friendly. 2) Ample Car parking lots near hotel at very reasonable rate of 600 yen per 12 hours night 3) Room is reasonably spacious and clean with a big TV. 4) The king size Bed is big but matress ia a bit soft for me but should be comfortable for most people. 5) Complimentary welcome drinks available from noon daily till evening. 6) Excellent location within 10-15 minutes walk to Kokusai Street. 7) Would certainly stay again if return to Okinawa and strongly recommend this hotel.

1) Nothing that l didnt like except the boiling kettle has strong plastic smell after boiling water that l would suggest the hotel management to change with stainless steel lining.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff were friendly, spoke great English, and helped communicate with the airline when my luggage was lost. They also safely received and kept it for me—much appreciated! The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless, with a great separate bath/toilet design. The free pajamas really helped when I had no luggage, and the downstairs restaurant is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Perfect location central to everything cool, parks, temples, museums, city beach, awesome restaurants and Kokusei Dori! Super comfortable beds, a super modern shower and toilet! WOW never though to have such a cool experience at the WC!

It didn't have a gym. The breakfast was not as expected, at the restaurant is hard to a table. Better go to Yappari for brunch just a few meters behind the hotel building for amazing steak!
