The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is excellent—close to the airport, about a 5-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and near the ferry terminal. The area is very quiet, and the soundproofing is good. The room includes a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient since we didn’t need to take our laundry to a shop. There is also a vacuum in the room. I arrived at the hotel around 7 PM, and although the staff was not present, the check-in process was easy. They provided clear instructions. However, be sure to reserve a parking slot early, as availability is limited. It was truly a comfortable stay, and I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Naha.

The apartment is pretty and very clean. I stayed there for 2 weeks and got a room upstairs with a view. Kitchen equipment is basic, but you can order full equipment for a low fee. Anyway it won’t be much needed, the room has 20m2, so there is no space for a table and chairs.. but it fits for a breakfast and sth small inbetween. For my case it was just perfect. There’s everything provided you might need, washing machine, dryer, washing line, microwave, kettle…. Bathing equipment, hair dryer etc. The hotel is opposite the Chinese garden, there’s a bus stop. Walking to the monorail is about 10min. Around 5min walking to the beach. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Limited parking lots in front of hotel at reasonable rate. Convenient stores and small eateries round the corner. 20mins walk to the shopping street/station. Good price and room size for Japan standard. Washer and dryer (buy laundry liquid from hotel) was great. Room is clean.

Kitchenette with Big sink but no cutlery nor cooking utensils. Cups without tea spoons. White elephant of stove could be removed and replaced with small table and stools instead.

The features are fantastic. Basically an extremely well furnished weekly mansion. Fancy bathroom, big bed, big table. No complaints. It's also close to a strip mall of restaurants in Matsuyama, which have much to offer.

It's a little inconvenient location wise if you want easy access to the beach and/or touristy areas, being about a 15 minute walk from Naminoue beach and Kokusai Dori. Considering the price however, I think it's fair to overlook this.

It was clean and in a great location- walking distance from the monorail, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The air conditioning kept us cool inside. Everything worked well and we used the kitchen with the rented utensils since we stayed for 3 weeks. A very comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again in the future!

they mention that has a kitchen (stove) but it doesn’t include any pan or even cutlery. also the use of plastic to cover ceramic bowls or plates (not sustainable)

It is well located and the staff is friendly, beds are comfortable and is spacious for japanese standards

The only thing we "didn't like" is that you have to pay extra con kitchen utensils (pans, pots, etc) not much, just 500 yen but we didn't know that, if we rent a room with a kitchen is beacuse we wanna cook at some point, but it wasnt really a problem, just surprising

Location was good since very close to kokusai dori and Tomari ferry port. Also hotel was very clean and had many facilities for comfort. We had washing machine with dryer and kitchen where we could cook our own food. The only thing to be careful is to inquire for cooking utensils before and have to pay 540 yen. They change your towels every day but no cleaning is provided even if you are staying for around a week.

They charged us extra for using cooking utensils, could have been included in hotel price and no washing machine detergent provided.

Very nice place outside the noisy part of Naha, but in easy walking distance. Bus T02 from the airport gets you there in 10 minutes, and its easy to get busses to other places on Okinawa or walk to the ferry terminal. The room was great - it even had a kitchenette and a washing machine and a dryer. It was super clean and checkin and out was easy enough. Great value for money - would stay again if I return to Okinawa

Very good location. There is a supermarket near the place. Easy access to the closet beach and Naha city center. They have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which is very handy when you want to try your beach wear in this humid weather.

There is a small bar in the front, if you are noise sensible then maybe request a higher floor when booking. The room might have a little bit of humid smell at the beginning but not a big issue.
