The house is just a short taxi ride from the airport, ensuring a convenient arrival. Located near the peaceful and quiet Naminoue Shrine and close to the city beach, it offers a tranquil atmosphere. While it's a bit far from Kokusai-dori and the vibrant street life for shorter stays, it’s ideal for those seeking a more relaxed environment. The apartment is furnished rather sparsely, but was extremely clean and comfortable, making it well-suited for a longer stay. I highly recommend visiting Fukushūen Garden on a sunny day—a beautiful serene Chinese-style garden, truly a hidden gem.

High tech stay, as you'd expect in Japan :) This stay is unmanned, hence the check in procedure is kinda weird, since you have to answer some questions on a tablet and video call an employee. But once I got to my room, I was so impressed! The stay has everything you'd need: washer, fridge, kitchenette, TV with youtube and other streaming services, bathtub, shower, toiletries, AC and a balcony. Close to the beach and lots of bus stops, so getting around is easy from here :)

Suggestion: since all amenities are in Japanese, some English instructions for the washer, toilet and AC would be very helpful

Clean but has small patches of mold, which didn't really bother me. Walking distance to the Family Mart and Naminoue Beach. Short walk to Max Value and Ryubo market. There are lots of restaurants nearby such as steakhouse, hamburger restaurant, soba, ramen shop, izakaya. 24-hour Hotto Motto nearby is a plus. There's a tempura shop 1 block from the hotel. But she is hardly ever there. You'll be lucky to catch the tempuraya san lady because she is such a nice old lady, and her tempura is so delicious. Lots of cheap paid 24-hour parking nearby. Cheapest i paid was ¥600 for 24 hours. The television has Netflix and Prime Amazon that you can hook up your own account and able to watch movies, especially when you're stuck in the hotel during typhoon like I did.

I can hear the people from upstairs banging on the floor at midnight. The bed is ok. Not too comfortable. The bed gave me a backache from time to time. The washer doesn't clean my clothes really well.

The building has no staff, so all the check in is done using a tablet and then a video call to their call center in cambodia. Worked pretty well tbh (they spoke good English!). Building modernly decorated. Location in Naminoue, near the beach, around 20mins walk from the comercial area. Apartment modern and spacious, desk and good internet for remote work (was good for 2 people working). Washing machine in the apartment. 10 mins from the airport by taxi.

-Since there is no staff, we could not find a way to leave our bags during the day. -Early check in at 1pm for a fee (3000¥).. bit excessive. -Do not reserve using the option that booking.com offers, called "National Support". This is intended only for people resident in Japan, not foreign tourists, otherwise they will have to cancel your booking and you will need to make a new one, for a higher price. Booking should advertise clearly that this is only for japan residents. -Bit pricey.

The location - a 2-min stroll the the beach, around 20-min walk to Kokusai-dori. Clean and fitted with kitchen facilities. Also, the room itself is more spacious than other hotels I’ve been to while in Japan. Self check-in procedure is easy to follow. Highly recommended.

It would be nice to have a bedside light controller.

The room was fantastic! Extremely spacious, came with a balcony and a kitchenette, and we even had our own washing machine in the room. The bathroom was great, and could be used as a drying room for clothes. This was the cheapest place we stayed in during our trip to Japan, but it was definitely the best. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach, there's a Family Mart around the corner, and it's a ten minute walk from the monorail station and the main strip.

The hotel is "un-manned", so checking in and out is done via an iPad, and the rooms are not cleaned every night unless you request it - this wasn't an issue for us, but just something to be aware of.

It was a studio apartment, very modern and clean. Appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine.

Ventilator was not enough to stop room getting very damp, had to run aircon all day as well otherwise the apartment gets very wet. I would make instructions to guests clear as it took two days to realise how to combat the humidity!

The hotel room was spacious, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils, washing machine and a very comfortable couch and bed. The location was amazing. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The airport is also very close by.

It would have been nice to get a change of towels atleast 2 pieces for when I did the laundry. Also, there was no cloth rack. A small closet would have been so much helpful. Otherwise everything else was perfect

Great space and with everything you need in the room. The room is clean and very comfortable! There’s no staffs downstairs so you will have to self-check in but it was easy and efficient!

Not really ! Minus there’s no really much around the area. So it’s better if you have a rental car or can use the bicycle at the hotel.
