This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in Japan so far. The matresses were amazing, and the bathroom was really big and had a great layout. We really enjoyed the public bath. The staff were so nice to us. We had booked 2 nights on a lower floor but our 3rd night separately on a higher floor because that 3rd night was cheaper than on lower ones. At arrival, they accommodated us and let us stay on the higher floor for all 3 nights. The location was no problem for us. One can simply stay on the main road and pass by the shrine and walk around certain areas instead of walking straight through it.

Everything was perfect.

Room was perfect for one, could be a squeeze if two people with lots of luggage. I was alone though, so perfect for me. I had a sea view, and the aircon was excellent. Bed was comfy, there was a fridge. Loved the pool, so refreshing; I didn't use the rooftop pool as that wasn't free. Easy to get to from Naha airport.

I would have liked a safe in the room for valuables. The corridors were sort of outside - in that the edge walls were kind of just columns: so the rain didn't come in, but the heat did. However, the room aircon was really good so it was still cool in the room. It's a fair walk from the centre of the town, through an area with lots of massage parlours.

The hotel room was very comfortable with a normal balcony and a separate balcony connected to the bathroom with the bathtub. Considering that hotel rooms in Japan are normally quite small, this one felt spacious. The view on the 14th floor was stunning and I did not mind the free minibar ☺️ The rooftop pool was beautiful and it was so nice to relax in the onsen as well. I also loved the pajamas set and the other set of clothes for relaxing. The variety of food in the breakfast was also amaaazing! The staff were also very helpful in booking a snorkling tour for me. Loved staying there and the free shuttle service to and from the airport was also very convenient.

The location was a bit off but then again it depends on where you want to be located. It is very close to the beach, a 5 min walk, but is maybe a 20-30 min walk from downtown Naha.

This hotel met all of our needs. It was relatively close to the airport which is good if you have been traveling or have small children. We stayed in the upper floors and the room was perfect for our family (two adults and three children). The roof top pool was a real highlight. The free drinks (if you have an upper floor room) a bonus we did not expect. I have a large Polynesian tattoo and it did not affect my stay at all (I have zero interest in onsen and we did not need to use the other pool as the roof top one was perfect).

Not a "didn't like" but more of a heads up. It is located on the edge of the red light district. Our children didn't notice but it does make it a bit awkward for any late night convenience store runs.

We Booked the Japanese style room with the private outdoor Onsen bath. The room was very spacious as shown in the Photos. We really like the tatami style rooms. The toilet and washing basin/shower is separate. The shower directly leads out to the outdoor bath area. The washing basin space was big with lots of counter space (great for ladies with skincare/makeup). And they had magnifying mirror with light which I appreciate a lot. Shower was clean. The outdoor bath area is small so just enough space for 1 person to step outside and straight into the bath. the bath fits 2 people comfortably. We had a relaxing time in the bath. There are 2 semi double beds, comfortable (for me) and 2 kinds of pillows per bed. We did not try the public bath and the 2fl pool as it was too cold, so cannot comment. Staff was nice and helpful, they all understood EN, and I think they purposely try to have atleast 1 staff that is EN speaking on the floor. Hotel has shuttle bus to/from airport every 30min, but no reservation so should be there to line up (its not always busy though) They offer free soft drinks and cocktails during 1-5pm

There was no telephone in room, you need to walk to elevator if you want to contact front desk The AC unit in the room has the brightest display, it lights up the room like a night light and its right on top of the bed so it's quite hard to sleep if you are sensitive to light (we found stickers to cover it) Location: it's quite at the edge of Matsuyama, not close to railway station or Main st. We did not walk around so not sure what is available around the hotel. We taxied to our destinations. Its about 10min to Main st, and 10min to airport. Sound: Door is quite thin, so when there are people outside talking or cleaning lady, its quite loud from inside the room

Pools and onsen were great. Loved the view of Naha from the rooftop pool. There's lots of free items you can choose from in the lobby (tea, toothbrush,razors,etc). Room was spacious and well maintained. Japan hotels tend to be small and narrow, but I felt like I had a nice small studio apartment for a few days. There's a microwave in the lobby, so you can warm up foods if you don't have time to go buy items early in the morning. There's also a small selection of food in the lobby available to purchase. The hotel was super close to Naminoue shrine/beach <10mins. Beautiful garden, shrine, beach all so close and accessible. There's an airport shuttle from Naha airport, so it was so easy to get there. I had some heavy luggage so it was very convenient way to get to and from the airport. It is also very close to the airport, so it's a very short drive

I understand you can not change the hotel location, but it is steps away from a whole district of very 18+++ places I didn't mind very much, but I would watch out if you're a family looking to book a nice resort style stay in Naha and do not want to be near. If you're a foreigner using Google maps, not sure why but Google always loved guiding me through that area to get to the main road to go to the monorail. Overall the hotel facilities and staff outweighed this con for me. And if you take the road towards the shrine, you will not have to go through the district.

Fantastic location, close to downtown Naha and the airport. Parking is great as well, very convenient. The rooms are spacious and the airconditioning works great. Bathroom was also pretty big for a hotel in this price point. Complimentary Drinks in the lobby are a great gesture as well, especially in the Okinawa heat in June.

Checking in was a bit complicated, with automatic check in machines that didn't work perfectly. Took us longer then expected to check in. But the staff are amazing and super friendly.

The hotel has onsen and two pools. Onsen was great with 3 different types of water. The pool on the roof had a spectacular view and free drinks. We had a bathtub on the balcony of our room with see view. Hotel is situated near city beach only less then 5 minuts walk. There is a park right infront of the entrance.

Room was too small for 4 people. The area behind the hotel is area with a lot of adult shops and a guard looking people stood outside every adulatory shop, which made evening walk not so comfortable.

Stayed in one of the top floors which gave us nice views and access to the rooftop pool in addition to the main pool, which was a fantastic value add. Added breakfast for just our last night, and it was a great finish to our stay! The location was pretty convenient, with walking access to the monorail and some of the main tourist walking spots like Kokusai street. Also very close to a nice-looking local beach. The free shuttle to the airport was a plus as well!

The area is full of love hotels, so it isn't the nicest neighborhood in the immediate few blocks around the hotel. However, the streets are clean and daytime is also totally fine.

Hotel was clean, personal was nice and willing to help. There are 2 pools, one on ground floor was for free, the roof pool is paid ( 3000 yen with all inclusive drinks), reasonable price and the atmosphere and the view was very nice. Overall, hotel was comfy.

Room was quite small and we miss place for hanging our stuff as well as the location of the hotel is quite far away from everywhere.
