The hotel staff was super nice and tried the best to help us. We could always leave our key at the reception when leaving and could easily pick it up when we got back. The room service was very nice and changed our towels and bed sheets every day. The location is okay. You can walk around 20 minutes to the city center and the bus terminal to get to everywhere else by bus. The breakfast was superb, had a large variety and very friendly staff. The value for price was amazing.

The hotel is in an old building, wheras the rooms were lacking modern features. There was mold behind the toilet and the bathroom wasn't quite up to date.

Perfect comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed (safe box, nice air conditioning, large bathtub. The neighborhood is safe and you can also walk to the monorail. The center is within 15 minutes by peso. Breakfast is only Japanese but I always ate well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even though English is a bit of a problem. But the translator always solved it.

Bar was not open to guests because of private functions too often. Empty seats at bar not available because of private functions. Have to pay for breakfast even if you only want a coffee. Hallway music outside rooms a little loud. Pillow not comfortable and no pillow options.

Toilet not as in picture of the room. The room picture had the toilet in the corner with space. But the toilet was right as you open the door in the wat of the door and bath, ridiculous toilet position! Also no fan, the bathroom got so steamed up we asked for a humidifier, why would a bathroom not have a ventilation fan?

Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Room was big. Bathroom was big . 15 minutes by taxi to the airport paid less $ 12. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the central bus station and monorail and shopping centers. Two minutes walking distance from a super market. 5 or 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was good.

I can see that this hotel was top of the league in the 80s, but hasn't been renewed much since. Nevertheless, the room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, and the staff super helpful and friendly. The location isn't super central, but the downtown is easy to reach with a 20-min walk.

The breakfast is great. A great selection of food to choose from. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar with its cakes and good dishes. They called us a taxi when we asked which is important when you are going to the airport. We have stayed there a number of times and always enjoy our stays.

Very affordable and spacious hotel, stayed here for the second time

The first room had water leak issues in the AC causing noise in addition to the bath water wasn’t hot enough, however the manager relocated me to a different room where everything was working properly

The staff were exceptional. So helpful and friendly. An absolute joy.

While the food was lovely, it did become extremely monotonous and was hard to face by the end of the trip. It also needed more food for vegetarians and vegans.

Great location with easy access to Kokusai-dori and the beach. Rental car service, taxis always there and gift shop at first floor also made our trip stress free.

Would have enjoyed being able to take a late swim in the pool in the evening and no shuttle service to and from the airport.
