We had an unexpected experience upon arrival in Japan, Okinawa since the passport and belongings lost. Everything is nice!

Very clean room! We stayed 8 nights and they even cleaned it an extra time for free half way our stay. Friendly staff that helped us with our questions.

We specifically booked a hotel with balcony, to sit outside when our kid went to bed. Unfortunately the balconies are not designed to use for anything. No seating, no line/hook/dryrack.

The location is convenient; it is a 15-minute walk to the bus terminal and monorail stop. The staff was really kind and attentive. The bathroom is gorgeous, new, and very clean.

It would be nice to have a cup for the hot drink in the room. The electric kettle is provided, but only plastic glasses are available.

it was convenient basic room with a fridge and microwave the balcony is cool but you can't smoke on it there is a family mart right in front, Naminoue beach is at 5min walk away. there is almost no reception, once you check in you enter and exit through a small door that locks and for check out you just put the keys in a box

maybe a bit expensive compared to others places? except this it was nice!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, I loved the bathrooms- very clean and modern. The location was also good just a 15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a 20 minute walk to Tomari Port and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Odd smell in the corridor on my floor but as soon as you walked into the room it disappeared

Really great place to stay in the centre Rooms where very big clean and had everything microwave fridge freezer hairdryer even a bathtub for the price of 35€ at the time super deal 15 min walk to the monorail And maybe 10 min to the city beach Wi fi worked without any problems

The only thing I can say is that the front staff doesn’t really understand good English

Room was super clean, quite spacious and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. What surprised me was that, for a japanese building, it was well insulated so temperature stayed the same even without the AC on and the sounds from the corridor/street were not an issue (though keep in mind that I stayed near top floors). Also, unlike many japanese city buildings, here you could actually admire some view from the room (it had a rather spacious balcony, another rarity in Japan!) and check out the neighbourhood from above. Speaking of neighbourhood, it is basically a city center and close to most important things in Naha so good place for venturing out during your first days in Naha and Okinawa in general (ferry port is also not that far and can be reached on foot if you don't have too much luggage with you...otherwise, the bus stop is 2 min away from the hotel). Lady in the lobby was also really nice and tried to explain things as best as she could in japanese.

Breakfast is rather simplistic (coffee/tea and some crossaints) so don't expect to be full for the entire day here. Not the main selling point of the place anyway so I don't count it as a minus myself. Just treat it more like a precaution for all those that might expect a full-blown meal in the morning and then complain about it on Booking as if they were lied to. Hotel is quite upfront about it so no one should be surprised anyway :)

Great location in Naha, a few nice food places nearby and the beach isn’t too far

Wifi was a bit slow at times

Staff were very helpful. Location was walking distance to ferry terminal which was handy. Also close to the walking Main Street. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Room was pretty tight and no cutlery etc if you were looking to eat breakfast at all in the room

Met our budget and was an easy walk from Asahibashi metro station with our suitcases & short walk to the netted swimming beach under the bridge. Car rental staff at the hotel entrance were brilliant and rental prices VERY reasonable !!

Nothing met our needs - as a stop off point to & from airport while exploring the rest of okinawa.
