Clean and modern accommodation, and very convenient location. Fantastic place to stay!

There was no toaster.

I love the place!!! Its so comfy and kid friendly they have a small playroom for the kids.

Property location was great close to everything in Okinawa

The property was not properly cleaned from the previous user , mainly the bathroom

Booked it last-minute and it’s affordable in the area we were looking to be. The location didn’t bother us since we have our own vehicle. It was a place to stay to rest for the night. Paid parking is nearby & affordable. We loved the set-up—especially since there was a tatami room (my kids chose that room of course) Customer service responded in a timely manner

The beds weren’t really clean and the walls/unit had a lot of damage (peeling wallpaper/rice paper doors, holes in walls, dirty walls, light switch falling out, etc) done prior to us arriving so I made sure to take pictures and inform customer service. I didn’t mind at first but we kept finding one thing upon another. Nothing against customer service at all…the unit was very weathered.

It was 9 Minutes away from the airport, very convenient, it also had multiple A/C’s in the property to have the whole place be chilled. they supplied toothbrushes and a couple other amenities. you had multiple beds with creating multiple rooms with moving walls. you also got towels to use and a washer and dryer. the area was easy to find as it’s labeled Mcity in wakasa on apple and google maps. the japanese style room was a small room enough for two people to sleep in which was a nice detail.

The property being in center of Naha, it was difficult to find any of the nicer beaches near without having to spent a big amount on a taxi. it is also semi far from any sort of nightlife or downtown area. the property seems like it needs some renovation as we noticed wallpaper was peeling and one couch in specific seemed like it was previously broken. the water tank you see in the photos was completely empty. the wifi is also not good at all so you are forced to use data most of the time. when you walk in you will see a sign stating that if you broke any of the rules listed they will charge you a $500 USD fine. which makes sense however some of the rules listed seemed very strict even for a stay. lastly some of the light switches were falling out or were missing which is super dangerous, to the point we were avoiding touching certain switches.

Not clean. Sheets and bed were dirty at our arrival. They were hair and saliva in the sheets, no utilities like spoons or fork or plate or cups. Shampoos and body soap were mixed with water. Shower were dirty and I doubt towels were clean
