The Hotel Kanronomori has everything one needs. The hotel staff is very attentive and professional. We particularly want to compliment T Ayana, who kindly assisted us with numerous arrangements and calls until we were completely satisfied. The hotel provides ski rental and ski lessons. Thanks also to Leo for making our ski lessons so enjoyable! There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest ski station. The food is excellent and varied at all times. There are many more activities and facilities such as live music at the evenings. The surroundings are mesmerising in winter, and when looked at from the hotel! We had a superb stay, and a very good part of this feeling is thanks to the hotel facilities and more importantly to its staff. Thanks to you all!

Food is fantastic, I would definitely recommend the full board (breakfast and dinner included). Great location, 5 minute free shuttle ride to Moiwa ski field, 10 minutes to Annupuri, from where you can use the Niseko all mountain pass to ski Grand Hirafu or Hanazono.

The rooms and bathrooms are dated, it has a full onsen on site so you won't actually end up using the shower or bath in the room anyway. It is a bit out of the way so don't expect to be able to walk anywhere else to do things, once you are in the hotel you are there, unless you have a car. Hotel does have plenty to do though.

The Hotel was super nice! Great rooms and great atmosphere especially the in house Onsen is a game changer. The Staff was super nice however sometimes The language barrier was a bit challeninging. But I have to highlight one Person from the reception that went above and beyond to help us with transportation: Sumire! She did everything she could for us and embodied what Customer Service should look like. She should defintely deserve a Promotion!

The location is sometimes a bit Tricky since getting around with the bus and taxis is super stressful

Nice atmosphere and cleanliness inside hotel. Super convenient free shuttle bus to Annapuri for snow acti ities. The hotel even cleaned snow off our car for us so that it is ready to use in the morning， which is super thoughtful and took an additional worry off us. Very good customer service.

This place is absolutely worth the price! It’s quite affordable for Niseko, yet the room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. Everything was perfect for a ski trip—just a 5-10 minute drive to the slopes. If you're looking to visit Niseko Center, it’s about a 15-minute drive, but for the value and comfort, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Kanromomori is a quiet hotel with amazing onsens. The shuttle service is door-to-door from the ski room to Annupuri base- the quieter side of Grand Niseko! It is far from the action of Hirafu so it's nice to stay a few days in Hirafu and a few at Moiwa/Kanronomori to enjoy the quiet and explore the area.

Great value! Easy to rent equipment on site and catch the shuttle to Annupuri. Staff was very helpful even with us changing arrival plans and needing them to help book taxis. Breakfast buffet is solid and the common area spaces are very nice.

Rooms are dated and beds aren't the most comfortable, but can't expect everything for such a good deal.

Good spread for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the warm hospitality. Yukatas were provided to all guests. Free flow drinks until midnight. Just a short distance from Moiwa Ski school

Older guests may have trouble sleeping tatami style and should request for proper beds.

The location is a bit far from all the popular resorts (the ones under Niseko United). BUT, it boasts other great features such as free shuttle buses to all the popular resorts, free onsen, an amazing breakfast buffet, nightly live musical performance, a free gym, a convenience store that opens late, and restaurants that serve excellent food. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Location. Though you need a car. It was a breakaway trip to get away from busy Niseko. It served its purpose well!!

Rooms need a revamp. Rooms are looking a bit tired and used but still very clean and comfortable!
