Just a few steps away from Tanimachi 9-chome subway station, the ease of accessibility to the hotel is what we sought after. To easily find the hotel, head to exit no. 3, walk up the stairs, and upon reaching the end, turn right. If you are travelling with heavy luggage, at exit no. 3, skip the stairs (which is located on the left), turn right to a narrow walkway leading to the elevator which will carry you towards the upper exit just facing the entry to the subway via stairs. There is a 7-11 convenience store just right outside the hotel as well, were you can buy food and water, and even an ATM to get cash. There is are also two Family Mart convenience stores located on either right or left of the hotel, the former located at exit no. 1 of the subway station (or crossing the highway) and the latter a few walk steps towards the left. The facility is also secured by a key card for the room, which can also be used to access the elevator, and also to allow entry to the main entry automated gate after 11pm. The cleanliness is impeccable. Towels and robes are replaced each day, except for the bed sheets which can only be replaced every 3 days -- which is understandable considering the hotel is observing ecological sustainability. Magnetic cards can be placed on the door to indicate either requesting for cleaning or no disturbance. The hotel is strategically located among popular attractions in Osaka. Osaka castle is conveniently located just two stations away towards the north via the Tanimachi line (Tanimachi yonchome station) and two stations to the south to Tennoji station, the central hub for the JR Osaka loop line, and also the main hub in the south towards Kansai airport. Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff and there is at least one among the staff who can communicate in English. We are coming back again to stay in this hotel next spring!

The bed is super comfy, room is clean and quiet, bathroom is standard size but clean. Location is very near to the train station, really recommended for tourists. They provide free and unlimited coffee and all types of tea bags. Different types of pillows are offered upon request.

The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. It feels well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator and general hallways were clean and looked new. There is a room with tables to eat, in the same is the washer, dryer and ice machine (which has plastic containers to take to the room) are right there. On the same floor there are 2 microwaves in excellent condition. The room was just as clean and new. The bed is very comfortable, I asked for a blanket and it was clean and very soft. 12th floor view was great, windows were super clean. The air conditioning is the most modern and beautiful that I have seen in hotels so far. The hotel area is great, there is a station less than a block away with an easy transfer to Shin-Osaka and with an elevator exit, and at the same distance there are 3 Family Marts and a 7-eleven!! The area is nice, felt safe and clean. The Internet was working fine. Oh, and there's plenty of room under the bed to fit big suitcases. Although there is no problem with the size of the room. Also the bathroom was big and in great condition.

The pillows are of good quality, BUT they are hard. I think they are a style that Asians might like a lot, but for one who is used to very soft pillows to sleep on it is a bit tiring. But I repeat: it seems like a very good quality pillow. And that's literally my only complaint, so basically no complaints.

My 5-night stay at Dynasty Hotel & Resort Osaka was simply fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable haven after a day exploring Osaka. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly, professional, and ready to assist, making me feel right at home. The common area with complimentary coffee and tea was a lovely touch, perfect for unwinding. Having a washer and dryer available was a huge bonus, adding so much convenience to my extended stay. Best of all, the hotel’s location just a 3-minute walk from the metro subway train made getting around Osaka a breeze. Dynasty Hotel & Resort Osaka exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

Pleasant Stay, Great Location! The hotel is very conveniently located — just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around really easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven right next door for quick snacks and essentials. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori, which was great for exploring the area and enjoying the nightlife. The room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, though each twin bed only came with one soft pillow — it would have been nice to have an extra or firmer one. The bathroom was clean and came with a bathtub, shower, and toiletries. Additional amenities were available on the ground floor near the lift. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available for 600 yen per cycle, which is really convenient. We also enjoyed the free coffee and chill-out area on the 2nd floor. Overall, a pleasant stay with good amenities and a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

Value for money is excellent. The hotel is comfortably situated, in a rather quiet area. Metro stop just meters away. I expected a guest experience similarly to hotel chains but the place is really cosy and seems new. Personnel is welcoming and helpful, the common area with laundry combos and tables is really a plus with the 24h-convenience store next door. Everything was perfectly clean and well taken care of. Was the starting and ending point of our first trip to Japan - very kindly kept some luggage for us while we were in Tokyo for a week. We will definitely come again !

I liked that it was close to the major train station (Tanimachi-9-chome station), it was only 1 minute away. I loved that there was a 7-11 right next to the lobby. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful if we had any questions or issues. They tried to help us with a luggage issue, so we appreciated that. The hotel also had free coffee, tea, and we were able to do laundry a couple of times here with no issues. The room was very clean, and towels were provided once a day.

I felt like the room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was very cramped. The sink was small and hard to get into since it was between the toiler and bathtub.

Second stay in this hotel before the name change from porta inn to dynasty. The location and everything is good, compact but everything u need is there.

BEFFORE 9AM YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM FOR CLEANING, I WAKE UP LATE ALWAYS AND HAD NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE FOR 5 NIGHTS. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Family of 4 staying 2 room. The room size accepted not to small. After open up 2 big luggage still got room space to walk around. The bed is comfortable. If can provide 2 pillow for each person will be plus point. Hotel staffs is friendly and helpful to assist your enquiry. Very convenient location where walk to subway only 3min,can excess to many place of interest. Walk to kansai Airport bus stop is about 6-8min walk. The price of hotel is reasonable n is value for money. Got washing machine at level 2 is also a plus point for traveller with family or couples. 7 eleven just beside the hotel also very convenient when want to buy some food, snack or drinks. Overall is a worth hotel place to stay. Will recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

If washing machine can added 1 more to make 3 will be better. Because the washing machine is always fully taken up. Have to wait until someone finish then can use. Time taken in waiting.

Dynasty Hotel & Resort Osaka was everything I needed and more… From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was even able to request a late check-out for just ¥1,000/hour (up to 3 hours), which gave me the perfect window to squeeze in some early morning shopping after the usual 10:00 a.m. checkout... They provided complimentary pajamas and snacks in-room, and the second floor Lounge Pepper was a hidden gem—free water, ice, and coffee made it an easy space to relax or plan my day. They even had coin laundry on-site, which was a lifesaver while traveling light. Location-wise? 🔥 Just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by shops and spots worth exploring if you’ve got at least 30 minutes to wander. As a Black traveler, I felt safe, seen, and sincerely accommodated... this stay reminded me that hospitality truly has no borders. Dynasty Hotel really understood the assignment...
