Large bathroom, could shower, bath or both at the same time. Was great to relax in the tub after a long day. Excellent location, very close to train station which is only two stops from Namba. It let us escape the crowds there. Near a 7-11 that we could Takkyubin our luggage at (sent it to our next hotel). Good value for money!

Bed was a little hard. Ventilation of bathroom cannot cope with a long bath, it gets a little too humid. Slight off smell of ventilation but easily ignored. Water is provided at lobby but it tastes odd, so we bought from nearby combini/boiled tap water instead.

THE BATHROOM!! The shower/bathtub room was soooooo big and the bed and pillows were comfy. And the tv remote allowed us to use Netflix. I booked the hotel like 40 min before showing up and there was no problem. There were vending machines right when you walked in. And we were surrounded by different shrines so you can explore a 3 block radius and find like 7 of them which was a fun surprise. We were so impressed by this hotel.

No breakfast/dinner HOWEVER they had a space to eat and to microwave/microwave oven your foods as well as hot and cold water and a 711 around the corner so we had no issues.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Dotonbori area. Although it's situated in the "love hotel" area, we didn't encounter any problems related to that. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, though on the smaller side. The bathroom and shower room, however, were quite spacious. While the staff's English wasn't perfect, they were very helpful.

They gave us early check-in at 9AM which was very convenient for us, but we had to pay a bit extra. The bathroom was humongous, had a bath and a shower area. Loved it. The hotel is a short walk away from the metro station, approx 6-7 mins.

Room size could have been bigger. But this is a standard size in Japan. The check-in time is 4 PM which I feel is a little late.

Location was close to subway station and walking distance to Dotombori area; area was nice in general, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby; Everything was clean; bathroom was really big and comfortable and the cosmetics provided smelled great; Hotel also provides laundry machines and microwave;

The space in the room was a bit cramped; there was not much space for the luggage or to put your clothes on; It was a bit cold as our room was at top floor and took longer for the aircon to heat; The pajamas are from synthetic fibers, weren't so comfortable;

Good location. Room was bigger than expected, as well as the shower area. Nice staff.

It was two beds together instead of one big one, so you could feel the gap. Sometimes a sewer smell would crawl in through the ventilation that you can't turn off.

The room was much larger than I expected. It was still very modest (business hotel) sized, but much roomier than other places I have stayed. Seperate toilet and bath. Very nice!

Nothing in particular, but the option to check in a little early would have been good. The hotel didn't seem very busy, but perhaps I was just there at a slow moment.

The bathroom was insanely big, really great bath & shower, really friendly, helpful staff at reception, quick easy walk to the station which gets you everywhere you may want to go in osaka

Beds were two singles together & pretty uncomfortable, but nothing else!

It's the eco hotel that resides around 10 mins walking distance from the touristy spots. There was a misunderstanding for the conversation with the staff but did the right thing in the end. Overall, i'm satisfied with the hotel and would recommend the hotel to friends who travel to Osaka.

We stayed in a very good and spacious room. :) The bathroom had bathtub and shower separately. Very close to the subway and convenience stores.

Nothing was bad.
