The location was very good. It was near Namba Station so getting to and from airport was easy. Very near Kuromon Market. Hostel itself was cozy and clean. Check in was easy. Room was clean spacious enough for a family of 4. Beds/futons were comfortable. Kitchen/dining room upstairs had everyrhing you need for cooking. Hostel was very responsive to our queries. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out and just git them prior to leaving for the airport at no extra cost.

Location is great. Quiet area and within walking distance to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Nipponbashi Station. Just nearby is a grocery store, fruit shop, convenience store and some restaurants. The place is new and clean. The room was big enough for 3 people. The check-in process was smooth and the security system is excellent. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check-in early with no additional charge and we were given the room on the ground floor which was perfect!

We started in a room with 6 bed for 4. It was very clean and our kids got individual futon beds to sleep in. We visited in summer the weather was so hot but air conditionings worked great! Great shower as well. Top floor has a common room with kitchen, dining room, laundry and patio. Thank you very much!

Only wish if there is a small fridge in the room but not a big deal. There are a couple of convenience stores near by.

Very clean, well presented rooms. Had the family room which was a good size for 4 adults. It would be perfect for families with kids that want a cheap stay. Check in is all self managed. Once we had checked in on the tablet, the receptionist called to confirm we had all the room details, great service. Communal area and balcony was very clean and usable. Didn’t hear any other guests. It’s thin line between hostel and hotel. Very close to all the main markets too.

Futon mattresses across all Japan seem to be quite thin. This was ok for me but we doubled up the mattress for one of the couples.

Location is near Kuromon Market and train station. The place is easy to find and there is a vending machine indoors if you're thirsty but you can't go out for some reason. Rooms are very comfortable for 4 guys. It is worth the price too!

WARNING: Japan hostels are known for steep stairs and so if you're not familiar, bear this in mind. So if you're on a wheelchair, this isn't a place for you. The dryer could be a bit better but there are tons of laundromats around this area so all is good.

Layout was nice, good for a group of 5. Lots of storage under the one set of bunk beds and in the other room near the wall. Shower and toilet room was good and having the sink in the main room was useful when getting ready for bed. Checkin was easy, the host helped us via speaker/camera at the main entrance at 11pm when we got in which was much appreciated.

The Japanese style beds on the floor could have been more comfortable but wasn't a big problem. No elevator so had to carry luggage up the stairs.

I ordered a 6-people Japanese-style room for a 4 people stay. It was spacious and great! Personally, it would be a bit cramp for 6 people. The futon was comfortable and the room was clean.

There is no elevator for the facility. If you have a lot of luggages, you have to carry it by stairs. However, I am lucky enough to get the 2nd floor. Therefore, it was not a big deal for us.

Great location! The room was comfy and comfortable, you can find anything that you need in the kitchen and there’s also laundry service available! Just suggest to put someone on the reception, I don’t like all these digital inhumane things…much better if you have someone who can help if you need anything.

Old Japanese style but still modern, everything was new. The owner thought about everything, smoking area which was very nice, kitchen with everything you need, drinks automat with good prices. I am a lot in hostels, I couldn’t find anything which I had done differently

The dryer could need a replacement, but really, nothing to really mention, just 100 yen/20 minutes.
