Great location only a few minutes walk from Kintetsu-Nippombashi station and 10 minutes walk to Namba station. Short walk to many Osaka attractions such as Den Den Town, Dotonbori, Namba & Shinsaibashi. Kuromon Markets is also just across the road of the property. The property itself is very clean and has great amenities. There are free snacks between 3-7pm daily on the lobby, as well as free cold water dispenser and free coffee machine. There is a lounge on the top floor that we didn’t have a chance to check out, but will definitely visit and check out the next time we’re in Osaka.

I like firm bed and the bed is firm enough. It would be better if the pillow is firm as well. The room is clean. Staff is nice. It is close to Namba station and Kuromon. lots of restanurant nearby.

The room is really small with the price.

It’s just a short walk to Dotonbori, which made it super convenient for us to explore the nightlife and eat delicious street food. The hotel is also very close to the train station—just a few minutes’ walk away, which was perfect for us, especially when carrying luggage. We also really appreciated the luggage storage area with lockers. It gave us peace of mind knowing our bags were secure while we explored the city after checkout. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, offering all the basics we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

One thing to note is that the rooms are a bit small, but honestly, that’s just how it is anywhere in Japan. It didn’t bother us too much since we were out exploring most of the time, but if you’re looking for more space, that’s something to keep in mind.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to all the attractions and the metro is nearby. You can just walk to the Dotonburi area. The hotel had coffee and donuts at check-in time. All amenities were provided. The room was a little bigger than the rooms in Tokyo and the bed was comfortable. Many places nearby to eat. Breakfast was good as well, with many options and friendly staff in the cafeteria. Out of our stay in Japan, this hotel offered the most comfortable stay for us. Lawson convenience store was next door.

We arrived half an hour before the check-in time. They wouldn't let you in even if it's two minutes earlier than the given time. Wish this rule could be changed as we do not come hours early, half an hour or a few minutes earlier check-in wouldn't do any losses to the hotel. Also wish they had a laundry facility.

The location is splendid. There's a lot of restaurants around these hotel and it's just opposite Kuromon market. Walking distance to namba and shinsaibaishi. Train station is just 5 min walk away. Regular rooms are the usual 18sqm size but it's cheap. We booked the Premier room as it's the biggest room size in this hotel. At the price, you can get a 5 star deluxe room.

Housekeeping is only available in the morning. Used cups are not washed. No body lotion. No microwave.

It’s close to a lot of tourist attractions and near train stations. There’s also a Lawson a couple of steps away and Kuromon market is right across the street. Loved the free pastries in the afternoon as a treat for guests. Luggage lockers are also provided if you want to leave your luggage early before you check-in or after checking out.

It can get a bit crowded in the afternoon at the lobby during peak check-in time so it takes a while to be able to ride the elevators.

The room was small but clean. We had enough space for luggage and shopping. It was near everything in Namba. There was a convenience store beside the hotel-Lawson's. It was in front of the entrance to the Kurumon Market. It was very near the Namba Nankai Station for airport access. It was also near a Takashimaya. I really loved being able to wander through the Namba station mall, and Namba walk but still be near the hotel.

I did not appreciate the way the male night staff treated me during check in and when I had to request for a room key as I lost mine. I was treated like an illiterate nincompoop. I had to assert myself and inform them that I was a lawyer and could understand English, anyways the English they spoke. I appreciated it when the night manager stepped in. I was most disappointed in the way one of the male night staff treated me when I informed them that I had lost the room key card, and would like to request for another. I don't normally encounter this sort of behavior, even in Western countries.

The location was perfect. Right at the end of the train line from the airport and on the same block as the underground metro lines, the public transport system was easily accessed. The room was extremely clean and tidy. Check-in was available until midnight, that was very useful as we didn't land until late in the evening.

The room was tight and only space to open suitcases was on the bed.

Family room is surprisingly roomy for Japan. We booked a 3 beds family room. Excellent location. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Namba station & the eat street near station. Right opposite to Kuromon market. Nappobashi station exit 10 just 2 min walk away although Google direction won’t show it. If you search for Kuromon station then it will show the route to Nappobashi station otherwise it always default to Namba station route. Bathroom is quite a large step up from floor. So elderly might have trouble going up, but it is not a problem for us. Lobby provides ice, water machine & coffee machine. There are mini donuts in the afternoon as snack in lobby till sold out. Will book again for sure if coming to Osaka again

Fantastic location just across the street from Kuromon market. Loads of cafes and food options nearby and during the night, also good and easy walking distance from Dotonburi, the train stations are also super near and was able to take a train from here direct to Nara. There is a family mart next door. The room is a good size for japan and the room had a nice view too. Loved our stay here and the doughnuts and bakery treats in the lobby were an added bonus. We also enjoyed the lockers in the lobby, and were able to go shopping in the market and daiso across the street and dump our stuff in the locker before heading out again. Would stay here again!
