The hotel is in a very convenient location for first time visitors. Personally, Dotonbori wasn't my highlight and nearby Kuromon market seems really touristy, but it's nice you can walk to all these places. With Namba and Nippombashi station so nearby you have perfect train and metro connections to get anywhere. Staff was nice and there's great coffee for free in the lobby. I was a little worried about noise due to the location, but it was really quiet at night and no trouble at all.

Very good value for money, room was small but really didn't need a lot of space as a solo traveler, clean, tidy, quiet

The aircon was fixed at 19°C which was really cold and was difficult to avoid having it blowing on your face all night, but if you turned it off the room got to about 28°C so didn't have the best night sleep due to the temperature.

It is close to the underground station and to the fish market. The hotel breakfast area can be used any time if you want to have a coffee. The location is very lifely, yet inside the room is quiet.

Everything was fine in general, although room was a bit small. I didn’t like that bathroom was higher than the rest of the room, so there was an uncomfortable step to climb.

Staff are all helpful, especially the Korean guy. I'm not korean. But he can speaks English really well. The ladies also. Some don't speak English, but they are really helpful using the device translator. They even helped me moved my hotel booking for another hotel in Tokyo for 2 days, because I want to extend 2 more days in this hotel. I loved Osaka. Small is room but perfect for solo female Asian traveller like me. I like the cleanliness and quietness. Its my first solo trip. I'm glad I found this place. Such a blessing!

Location is great , except when it's close to midnight. A bit dark, so I make sure I go home by midnight because I'm alone and I just walk

The staffs are very friendly and are willing to give helps. Free coffee and tea near the reception is a big plus. The breakfast also looks good, and costs only 900yen now. They clean the room everyday if you want, unlike other three star hotels, only once every three days.(Very good) It is also close the Nankai Namba station, 7-10mins by walk, and to Nibbonbashi also like 6-8mins. You can store your luggage before and after the check in-out day. The bed is big for one person.

The room is too small and non transparent window(but you can feel the light) made me a bit uncomfortable. After few days I got used to it though.

Location was great as it's right in the middle of Kuromon market, you have plenty of convenient stores around. My room was spacious (with twin beds) but the bathroom was really tight as usual in Japan. About noise, when closing the windows, you don't hear the noise. It was clean and tidy.

I had to work from the room. The desk was ok but it has a stool, not a proper chair with back. It was a bit uncomfortable. On the ground floor, there is a common room with normal chairs and tables but the temperature of the AC was very low. It was cold.

The location is right next to Kuromon Market, very close to Den Den Town and Namba. So location-wise it was excellent. It is a very clean and beautiful place as well, staff is friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable and location was very quiet at night.

The room was extremely hot when entering after a day out (I stayed in the summer). It would be more comfortable if the rooms were ventilated while away from the room. Also a small complaint about the provided razors, they don't include shaving cream.

The location was great - right next door to the kuromon market so getting food was easy! Mini marts located all around as well. Only roughly a 12 min walk to the train stations There was a microwave downstairs in the reception and a free coffee machine Rooms were big enough and clean Friendly staff

The pillows aren’t comfortable but this was the same in every hotel I stayed in The coin laundry was convenient but the dryer took hours to actually dry our clothes $$

The Hotel was located close to the action of Osaka. In fact, an entrance to Kuromon Market was right outside the door! Like other Japanese lodgings, everything was compact and packed with needed accessories like FREE slippers, fluffy comforters, hair dryers, hi-tech toilet, mini-frig, etc. The lobby had microwave, toaster oven, FREE hot tea and hosted breakfast for a modest price. Staff allowed me to store roller-bag. There was also a coin-operated laundromat on premises. Lots of small signage in English were a plus.

Like I stated, the room (especially the bathroom) were quite compact. Wall-mounted TV only showed Japanese programming.
