There is desk space at Lv2 for me to eat my supper I bought from 7-11. I also LOVE the breakfast provided.

The space is too small. Not enough space to open up multiple luggage. The default pillow is bad too, even though they provided the one with cotton, but they are limited and need to go grab it at 3pm onwards.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was near the Nipponbashi station and opposite to the Kuromon fish market. Highly recommended for people who like sushi and sashimi. Very convenient! There was happy hours with free drinks also.

We could hear all the noise and footsteps from the outside of the door. The room was pretty small.

So many amenities and the location was central to everything.

Only one elevator and a staircase that was only open from 7am-10am. Meant an extra 10mins just to get out. The pillow in the room was rock hard with beads in it and you had to grab a normal pillow from reception but they only had a small number so the first three nights I had to use a blanket as a pillow.

Rooms are small, so take that into account. If room size isn't an issue you won't be sorry to stay here. There is a laundry on site (100 yen) and there is drinks in the arvo and breaky in the morning. You're an 11 minute walk to Dontonbori so you are right in the mix. Loved it here and will stay I'm next in Osaka.

The hotel is located within walking distance of several metro stations and Dotonbori Market. The breakfast was excellent and featured local food. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Fabric spray and hangers are available. Memory foam pillows and loungewear are available in the lobby. All staff were very friendly and spoke English. Upon returning from an afternoon of sightseeing, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary happy hour that included unique local spirits. One special feature is the 'pet' robotic puppy, Jo Jo, in the lobby.

Although I was able to store my luggage due to an early arrival, I was not able to use the bathroom before check-in. I was directed to a public toilet in the nearby market.

Breakfast was good, not many vegetarian options. Hotel is in the centre for everything. Convenient location

More Vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Buffet breakfast could last a bit longer rather than ending at 9am.

Great little hotel in the hustle and bustle of Namba. Welcoming and helpful staff, Lawson right next door and great bonus of open free bar from 2-8pm with wine, spirits and soft drinks. There is also a beer vending machine and you are welcome to bring in outside food to eat, which was great at the end of a busy walking day around town. Close to Namba and Nippombashi train station and plenty of restaurants, shops, bars around. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller, but totally fine for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers- we had 2 double rooms. We had some luggage sent and stored from the ski fields with no issues and they were happy to store our bags before our evening flight. Breakfast was mostly Asian, but totally adequate.

Yes, there is only 1 lift, so trying to get down for breakfast at around 8.30am was a long wait as people were trying to also check out, and there was not a lot of room. We ended up going up, to come down.

The welcome was very impressive - staff were incredibly friendly and informative. There was a wall of different hardness pillow toppers - a pillow menu. Plus, I got to choose out of a range of sample complimentary toiletry products. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the location was brilliant. The welcome drink was a bit of a surprise - wine and spirits with mixers available for you to help yourself in paper cups. For breakfast there was a wide variety so you could sample different Japanese dishes. There was also bread, croissants and more Western options. The location was great, right next to all the action in the food streets.

Even with the pillow menu the pillows were very uncomfortable - but I found this true of most of the accomodation in Japan. If you're fussy with your pillows make sure you bring one from home. We had a lovely stay, and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Osaka.

Repeated stay. Breakfast was buffet style, very delicious, I loved it. They change the menu for side dishes too. The welcome bar was also very nice, it already made your money’s worth. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. Location was also very near a lot of the shopping streets like kuromon market, dotombori, shinsaibashi.

The connecting room is significantly smaller than the individual rooms (from memory), which I wasn’t aware when I booked it. We didn’t have enough space to open up 4 luggages and ended up needing to utilize only one exit while the other exit’s space is used for luggage space.
