The room is very spacious. There were space to walk about even with 3 single beds. There is even a massage chair in the room. The buffet breakfast spread is also great. For Western style, there is boil eggs, sausages, bacon and 3 types of bread. For local, there are 4 dishes and one soup with rice. There is coffee and various cold drinks.

There is only one usb charging point. It would have been great if there were more points given that the room is for 3 adults. However this is just a minor issue. Overall stay was great.

The room is bigger than most hotels in Japan. The room itself is very clean. The amenities in the hotel feels like home. I absolutely love that that they have 2 hairdryer - one conventional and one panasonic dryer that sort of dry and comb your hair at the same time. Every item in the room is packed in packaging separately. They even have a microwave oven which is good for our snacks from Lawson! Free parking is provided if you drive. Just gotta inform the front desk whenever you wanna retrieve your car to go out. they will unlock the parking for you.

With a stroller, the breakfast entry was cramp and with some steps. The breakfast area is small. it gets packed easily. Our room toilet has a strong stench of bleach, masking strong sewage smell. The bed is actually quite hard, not what we like.

The location is amazing. A very light walk to Namba station so getting to and from key tourist attractions and the airport is an absolute breeze, and there's an mindboggling amount of food and shopping nearby. Very close to Dotonbori too, which is nice. English speaking staff if need be, and check-in and out was a breeze. The included breakfast is quite nice too.

Overall condition of the rooms and cleanliness is good, but not perfect. The rooms are exceptional value for money, but I suspect some may be in need of a little TLC, but nothing major. I'd stay here again.

Very well located. Short walks to Namba Station and Dotonbori Street, Kuromon Market just a block over, great restaurant options literally outside the door. Room was huge, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was decent and varied a little from day to day. Yes you can find better options elsewhere, but not necessarily when they're open at 7am. Friendly staff and easy check-in.

Property was overall a little run down and in need of freshening up. Room in a minor state of disrepair - door had side panels starting to come off, some chips in the furniture, etc. I booked a deluxe queen room, and where booking.com pictures show a couch, the room I had had an ottoman. Not a deal breaker, but not the comfiest place to rest your back at the end of the day.

The room is very comfortable and exceed our expectation!!. This hotel is family and kid friendly. When the receptionist met my 6 year old son, she gave a amenities kid set to him (including slippers, kid towel, toothbrush). Anyway, my family (7 persons) love this hotel so much, there are jacuzzi bath tub, massage chair, microwave, dressing table, sofa, sanitary napkins, onsen powders, lotions, ladies hairdryer, small tv in bathroom, etc. The room is capacious. Breakfast is variety and yummy. Free Parking, need to get a parking ticket at front desk. The staffs (receptionists, breakfast staffs, housekeepers) are so nice. There is no any inappropriate advertising poster anywhere in hotel. Thumbs up!! Location is within walking distance to shopping area. If my family and I come to travel in Osaka again, we will definitely come back to stay here. :D

Nothing!!

Right in the heart of it all! Very busy area very close to the canal. Short walk from Namba train and worked perfectly for a quick stop. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit of an 80’s throwback but the kitch is fun, rooms are huge, beds comfortable and price is right. Staff very helpful. Breakfast simple but ‘oishi’ and worked fine for us.

Not too much negative to say - it met our expectations considering the price and location. Not a modern place but fit the bill.

Location was minutes from dotonbori and glico sign. Room was biggest and most comfortable of any I stayed in in Japan. I would stay again but only because of the location if that makes any sense.

Says they transfer luggage but wouldn't, not a big deal for me i know how to speak yamato {enough japanese to tell someone where to send luggage at yamato} but even if you don't you should just find what ward you're in and figure it out. Not hard. I don't think the first front desk person spoke Japanese or English? Maybe both are so bad and it's my fault. Second lady was awesome though. Breakfast was meh, i wouldn't pay extra for it. Save the money for a local coffee shop and point at what you want if you don't know any japanese. Osaka is known to be a much shorter/rougher dialect so don't take offense.

The suite room was amazing, the toiletries supplied were ample and the location was very central to everything (food/transport/shopping) The TV options were available in English and the movies were great. Couldn’t hear the neighbours and loved the easy check in process

The breakfast was average, we only went twice of four of the days stay as it wasn’t very appealing. The food was cold sitting in pans and the options were not the best. The juice was yum.

The bathroom is huge with full size Spa bath tube. The toiletries are changing everyday including the electrical hairbrush cover which is very waste. The bedroom is very big size which is not common in Japan. It is very close to all eating and shopping area.

The breakfast area is small and don't have many tables. If go late, then need waiting for the seats. The place needs updating. We do have a balcony but there is no door. Only have a window and you can jump over into the balcony.

Spacious room with great additions such as bubble bath soap and other items that were very nice to use. Management were very kind. Really like the woodwork in the room. Anyone complaining that hotel is “dated” must be very spoiled people as room is beautiful.

A small issue with only cold hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Not a morning rice eating person but it was not a deal breaker. Wanted to stay an extra night (Saturday)but and asked if hotel was booked and if it was possible and was quoted $380cdn by staff for extra night. Subsequently booked train ticket back to Tokyo to then find same room on booking.com for $220. That makes no sense to me but it is what it is.
