The calm of the hotel was amazing, even thought it was on a busy street in one of the most busiest areas in Osaka. The hotel was perfectly located in a very busy and touristic area. It was walking distance to everything and best of all walking distance to the train station for the transfer to the airport. It is totally accessible in public transport. The room was pretty large for Japan standards and even though we did not use it the room had a fridge and a microwave which we would have appreciated greatly if we had stayed more then 1 night. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a scale to weight the luggage and we could leave the bag there for a couple of hour before we headed to the airport.

From the moment we step into the hotel the staff were so friendly and any little query they were there to help. Walking around to the rooms was a very beautiful outdoor area. The hotel was very secure and it is the safest I have felt in any hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. We all loved the rooftop, amazing views of the city. Very conveniently placed with Namba station a 5 min walk away and dotonbori just a 9 min walk away. Would love to come back and stay here again.

The only downside was that it didn’t have a restaurant, however that wasn’t much of an issue as there were so many restaurants within a 60 second walk of the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great and had a great view of the city. Namba City Mall was within 5 min walk and through the mall was easy access to the train stations. Lots of restaurant and cafe choices and a few different convenient stores close by, but 7-Eleven was the closest. Was skeptical of tatami beds but they were quite comfortable. We had the option to fold away the beds to have a table with seats to set up in the center, but since we were out everyday we left the table and seats pushed to the side and still had space in the room. With Japan's humidity, it was great to have towels changed everyday and sheets cleaned every 3 days.

We stayed at the Ueno location and had a great experience, so we expected a great stay in Osaka as well (2 adults + 2 children). We loved the room size (not easy to find a large room in Japan that allows 4 people), the lobby lounge and laundry facility, and the location

In general, Japan hotels don’t offer much clothing storage, so we felt a bit disorganized living out of suitcases and having to constantly rummage through little piles to find anything. We had a large banquet bench + 2 tables and I think that space would serve people better with a dresser or larger closet, etc instead

Very pleasantly surprised by this property for our family’s visit with two children. All the staff are friendly and helpful from check in, luggage forwarding and questions on how things work in the room. Room is very clean and arranged efficiently so we can sit around a dining if needed. Window blind is very dark and the bedding is on par with the heavenly bed in name brand US five star hotels. The first floor has washing and drying machines that never got busy for the time we were there. Note the dryer does not seem to dry completely even on 40 min cycles. Not a problem with summer travel clothing that can quickly hang dry in the room. Laundry machines have an app that allows credit card payments. I saved the best for the last: location is perfect. We easily walked to shop and dine in Dontonbori, sometimes taking multiple trips back to the room to rest or drop off shopping scores during the day because it’s just 2-10 minutes walk from places.

Right in the middle of Namba, close to many shops, restaurants and train stations including a 3 minute walk to the direct line to KIX airport. It is right across the street from a big gachapon and claw machine arcade which my son LOVED. Room was very good layout with a separate shower/changing room, toilet and a fun lofted bed "hideout" for my son. Also featured a nice table area and kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and pillows were among the best I had in Japan. Staff let us store our bags after checkout so we could explore the city before we had to leave for the airport.

Very minor nit, but sometimes the elevators took a bit of time with multiple stops on multiple floors.

I like the location and staff

- i think the aircon still dusty due to renovation, as we had allergies everytime the aircon is ON in our room - we have opt the family room with no kitchen, however no dining utilities provided (but the room has microwave and refrigerator), and the glasses are not replaced (we need to clean it everyday by ourselves but no soap and other cleaning utilities being provided), and you cannot borrow one.

This hotel feels brand new — it seems like it opened quite recently, as everything is spotless and in perfect condition. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan. There’s also a guest laundry room available, which is super convenient for longer stays. The location is excellent, close to major attractions and just a short walk from the metro. It’s a great base for exploring Osaka, offering both comfort and practicality.

Amazing amenities as usual. Coming from &Here Tokyo Ueno, this is yet another fantastic hotel + accommodating staff! Location is super convenient for everything anyone needs, ramen, pharmacy, konbini, and just few more minute walk to Dotonburi. Love how serene it is once you walk past the main lobby, completely different from the vibing street just steps outside of the hotel. Sugoi!

Can’t really think of anything ..

Ace location in the heart of Namba, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Dotonbori. The hotel building is tucked discreetly behind the hustle and bustle of the main street. Rooms were very clean, logically laid out, spacious and had plenty of space for our family of 3. Front desk were always helpful. Overall a fabulous option as a base for Osaka sightseeing. We will definitely choose this hotel if we return to the city.

They are doing an awesome job with the accommodation to date. Nothing to dislike. Thank you.
