Good location. Checking in and out is easy. They provide support for leaving luggage upon arrival and departure (with reasonable conditions) .

** I booked a private room with a bathroom inside. There is no lift, so I do not recommend it if you have large luggage. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room on the first day. I think last customers is smoker. The heater isn’t very effective, but the bed is warm.

I loved the incredibly convenient location, just across the road from one of the sides of Namba Station—it made getting around so easy. Also close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were a decent size for Japan and came with thoughtful amenities like towels, slippers, a bathrobe, a comb, a razor, toilet paper, and a toothbrush, all available on the first floor. The tiny fridge in the room was a nice touch, and overall, the hotel provided everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

The lack of stairs could be a big issue—lugging suitcases up to the third floor could be a real struggle. There wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and with open suitcases, the room felt a bit tight. The TV only had Japanese channels, which wasn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning.

Close to train station and many eateries. Small room but still sufficient to move around.

The stairs to go up and down - more so if you have luggage :(

Location and the amenities

Having an elevator would be a plus.

For travelers who wish to visit Osaka and the Kansai region, this hotel offers an incredible position just outside of one of NAMBA station entrances. Close to it you will find everything you need, and it's just 10 minutes walking from Dōtonbori. The room and toilet were clean (not so spacious but it's Japan so it was perfectly fine). Even though it's in the centre it was very quiet. I had some issues with my SIM card and charger when I arrived but solved it thanks to the hotel staff kindness. They offered me an adapter, contacted the Japanese courier company for me, and even helped me send my luggage. 100% recommended!

Great location and great price! You are quite close to main attractions in the Namba area, very walkable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was quiet and safe for a solo-travelor. I stayed in the Japanese-style room which was quite comfortable and I had plenty for myself and my luggage. The hotel also provides extra amenities as needed.

Firm bed can sleep well. Good location. Easy check in and out. Requests for lowest possible level granted as elderly can't climb a lot. Appreciated that. Daily towels etc provided.

Dust on some areas of the room(on eye levels) where we can see and might easily touch on them , so my mum decided to do a bit of cleaning with wet tissue since we need to stay there for 3 nights. Mouldy and torn shower curtain, we rolled and hung it higher because we dare not use it.

Good location with reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. The room is quite large and clean.

No lift which is a bit inconvenience for the upper floor if you need to carry big lugguage up. There is a lugguage storage but in the other building nearby but next to the front of namba station.

convenient location from Namba station location to night spots and food areas seamless check in and out surprise breakfast provided- they downplay their unchanging menu but it's really very good- even their local renditions

check out time is 10 am neighbours (luck of draw) can be noisy but rare bring your own microwaveable plates but hey! eat out anyways
