Good location. Checking in and out is easy. They provide support for leaving luggage upon arrival and departure (with reasonable conditions) .

** I booked a private room with a bathroom inside. There is no lift, so I do not recommend it if you have large luggage. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room on the first day. I think last customers is smoker. The heater isn’t very effective, but the bed is warm.

I loved the incredibly convenient location, just across the road from one of the sides of Namba Station—it made getting around so easy. Also close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were a decent size for Japan and came with thoughtful amenities like towels, slippers, a bathrobe, a comb, a razor, toilet paper, and a toothbrush, all available on the first floor. The tiny fridge in the room was a nice touch, and overall, the hotel provided everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

The lack of stairs could be a big issue—lugging suitcases up to the third floor could be a real struggle. There wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and with open suitcases, the room felt a bit tight. The TV only had Japanese channels, which wasn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning.

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room with private bathroom. Check in and check out is done very easily by QR code and filling on line some data. You can take towels, toothbrush, haircomp, razer, bathrobe or pyzama (not sure) from the lobby. The entrance to the room works with password given to you by mail just after check in. Our room on 2nd floor was quite spacious. All needed comforts for short stay eg kettle, hairdryer. Our nights were very quiet.generally very clean room and very well kept hotel.

Although for us it wasn t a problem, they don't clean the room if you stay less than 4 nights.

Close to train station and many eateries. Small room but still sufficient to move around.

The stairs to go up and down - more so if you have luggage :(

Location and the amenities

Having an elevator would be a plus.

I had a japanese style room and it was very cute and clean. The staff I encountered were friendly, the hotel had good complementary products and the shower was nice. It was a really pleasant visit. The location was also very good, right next to Namba Station.

The futon mattress was very thin and a bit hard on my back, since I spent 3 nights there. There was no elevator in the building, only stairs. The shower was located only on the 1st floor.

For travelers who wish to visit Osaka and the Kansai region, this hotel offers an incredible position just outside of one of NAMBA station entrances. Close to it you will find everything you need, and it's just 10 minutes walking from Dōtonbori. The room and toilet were clean (not so spacious but it's Japan so it was perfectly fine). Even though it's in the centre it was very quiet. I had some issues with my SIM card and charger when I arrived but solved it thanks to the hotel staff kindness. They offered me an adapter, contacted the Japanese courier company for me, and even helped me send my luggage. 100% recommended!

Great location and great price! You are quite close to main attractions in the Namba area, very walkable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was quiet and safe for a solo-travelor. I stayed in the Japanese-style room which was quite comfortable and I had plenty for myself and my luggage. The hotel also provides extra amenities as needed.

Good location with reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. The room is quite large and clean.

No lift which is a bit inconvenience for the upper floor if you need to carry big lugguage up. There is a lugguage storage but in the other building nearby but next to the front of namba station.
