The hotel is great for it's price. Room space was enough for 2 people and it was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were accommodating. They also provide free coffee at the reception area. Location is very accessible, it is near a train station, restaurant and various shops. We specifically like that it is near hobby stores, for my husband and I are anime fans. There were also a lot of good small restaurants near the hotel, you just need to walk around to find it. Great value for money. Will keep this hotel in mind the next time we visit Osaka.

I loved the spotless bathtub and spiky clean beddings. Staff was nice, like to see different nationalities speaking in diverse languages with guests. They were so nice to change my non eaten breakfast to another day. The breakfast was same every day, a bit basic but you have a lot of choices and for the value you pay for room i find it great. I am a coffee drinker, although there's a free unlimited coffee at the lobby however wasn't good. But still a nice touch, unexpected. Overall Good experience.

To/from metro routes are a bit far but nevertheless the hotel is in Namba neighborhood, town area. AC was super dirty, couldn't use, unhealthy to use that dusty condition.

The location was an easy walk from the Namba train station. It was also well located for walking around and checking out all the shops. Free wifi was nice and the AC worked very well. The overall size of the room was nice for a single traveler.

The room was not clean when I checked in. There was a used face cleaner bottle in the shower, long black hairs on the floor and shower. The made me think they didn't clean anything. I also paid for the breakfast which was not worth it. You can easily go to a nearby shop and get a better breakfast for less money.

Location was great--it's by a main road, very close to Denden Town, Namba station and Kuromon market. Even Dotonbori is only about 30 minutes walk away. Room was small but clean and most amenities were available. The bed size was also enough for two Asian-sized people.

Just a minor thing--water, toothbrushes and other little amenities given in hotels were only available upon purchase. But there were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The water and other drinks in the lobby fridge are paid at the counter and the prices were more expensive than the convenience stores.

Very close to the metro and famous shopping locations. I could easily reach almost everywhere from the hotel by walking. The location is so central that I sometimes stopped by the hotel to leave my belongings even during the day. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. There is no need to look for a hotel on my next trip to Osaka, I will stay here again.

Perfect location; close to the main Namba & Nippombashi station, as well as a large amount of shopping centres. Rooms were very clean & organised, making it a very comfortable stay. Staff were also incredibly friendly & multilingual!

The staff were amazing. Yuen checked us in and she was so amazing. Very kind and helpful. The room was a lot bigger than we expected and extremely clean

The beds were ever so slightly uncomfortable, but I think it could also be a case that we were sore from walking and travelling all day

I'm from Bali. The staffs' hospitality reminds me of my hometown. Overall, it's beyond my expectation! Good value for money, good location, super friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again and again every time I'm in Osaka. I'll recommend it to my friends and family in Bali. Ōkini.

It was close to Namba Station and Den Den Town. They also offer umbrellas for sale at a cheaper price compared to convenient stores. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious enough for me to sort my stuff. There's also a big gashapon store right around the corner of the hotel.

Toilet was a bit small for my size but not too much of a problem.

Our room was noisy due to a leaking problem in the bathroom, so the staff changed our room for the best because they didn't have any even if it was a more expensive room. Really appreciated.

It's a bit far from a station if you have big luggages it can be inconvenient. The window can't be fully concealed so the light will awake you probably.
