The room was specious. With 2 large double beds

The floor was dirty. And there was no washing machine. Not like their other chain hotel.

I didn't try the breakfast but the location is great! Just down the road from a couple of convenience stores and the laundromat too. The hotel is very cloes to Kuromon Market as well which has lots of food options, and not too far of a walk from Nippombashi station.

Not much to say honestly, the hotel is great value.

Room was big. No-one at the desk but someone did come to meet me and talk me through some things. The manager very generously allowed us to eat breakfast at the Central Hotel and it was excellent. We will probably stay there next time. Modern room with most appliances. Quite a few eateries close by.

the bed was hard as a rock and gave me a bad back, particularly the first night. Also, the place was tricky to get to

I liked the apartment altogether.

When the apartment was cleaned, the staff left the sweeping dirt on the table with the disposable gloves. I couldn't figure out why they would do something like that.

Conveniently located- nearby is the Kuromon market and a short walk to the nearest subway station. We had a very spacious room, it was clean, and had comfortable beds.

First time to stay at an unmanned property and it took a while to figure out how to check in.

The location was terrific for accessing markets, gardens, restaurants, and other activities. The staff sought to assist when asked and the room and facilities in it spacious.

The seating in the room was not very practical for older people and/or people with a disability. We asked for more comfortable chairs and one was able to be supplied.

Great location and really large room. Conked beds and good kitchen. Easy check in and out price. location was really good, close to everything, several attractions within walking distance and close to the train station for trips further out in the city.

Bathroom facilities were satisfactory although the shower was not very hot and the water pressure was lower. But overall, excellent accommodation.

Quite a big space for Japanese accomodation on a budget - also in a great location around Namba / Nipponbashi / Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi.

Check in process didn’t run very smoothly (all remote / online) and the bed was very hard.

The room was very spacious, extremely clean and just 5mn away from Denden town, 10mn from Shinsekai or 15mn to Dotonbori. The hotel is fully staffless but instructions for the check-in were very clear

very clean and comfortable. self check in was very easy and staff helped over the phone quick. location was very good too!
