The location was great for exploring the city. The room was spacious and it was nice to have an apartment rather than just a hotel room. The balcony was also nice.

On the images it looks totally different. It looks more new and stylish than it actually is. You see that everything is very used.

Very convenient location

Nice idea for the traditional sofa and chairs on the floor but it would be much more convenient if there was a small table and two normal dining chairs instead

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Japan. The place was spotlessly clean and, considering the typical apartment sizes in Japan, this one was quite spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal—within walking distance to Namba station and the vibrant Dotonbori shopping districts, yet tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful and quiet environment to relax after a busy day. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and tranquility.

Couldn’t fault it

Small but nice and tidy place. You can go to centers by walking if you like walking. We like walking so we went to city centers by walking so we didn't mind. You can also explore city by walking to the city center. The shower water pressure and toilet was good. Classic Japan toilet and I liked it. The bed was nice and place was clean. I spent time in the flat for only sleeping and I didn't have any negative thing with the place. No noise complaint or anything. The house location instruction was easily understandable. I stayed on the 6th floor and the flat has even a small balcony.

They should leave a EU Type socket for European guests. I asked for a socket suitable for EU type and they said no. I had to go and look for a suitable EU type socket from a local store. I suggest visitors to bring their own or they can find it at local shops but it is not very common. The one we found was for only phone charging. We only corresponded for the socket on booking website chat but I wish they contacted me on Whatsapp before I arrive to support me. Beucase other houses we stayed had done that and even though we didn't ask anything, it gives assurance to the guests.

Great location within walking distance of the train station, Dotonbori area, restaurants, Shinsekai and Kuromon market. We didn't need to take any subways or buses while we were there - we just walked everywhere! Comfortable bed, secure and safe building. It was very helpful having the kitchenette and laundry facilities in the apartment. 5 laundry detergent pods were provided, which we appreciated. There was a stick vacuum in the closet. The A/C was totally customizable and did a great job keeping the place cool during the heatwave. Overall great value for money.

The floors were dirty, as well as the dishes and cutlery. Dishes and cutlery were limited (ex. only one mug for tea/coffee). We would have liked ceramic plates and bowls rather than plastic.

Very good location, close to Namba station, and 7-eleven. Quiet street, the apartment was small but homey, with all the needed facilities! AC was on when we arrived so it was nice and breezy, which was needed after arriving in a 35C heat. Great value for the price!

Everything is perfect. Room is very cozy and clean. Also, walking to the station and nanba(dotonbori) is easy, and there are many good bars and restaurants on foot. Some people could think it is a bit far away from the station. but it is helpful to look around the neighborhood, buy small goods, and bite while walking to the room(apartment).

Communication with property was excellent such as quick and prompt response. Easy to check in and checkout (with videos to explain). Location is good. Property is quiet. Shower and hair shampoo are good.

2 rubbish bins however we have to use hands to open the cover. It was not convenient and not hygiene

Good location, apartment was as advertised, comfortable bed, washing machine with detergent supplied, good kitchen, many restaurants and supermarket nearby. Would visit again and recommend!

I like the location, a lot of store is near by.

Not sure if the dryer supposed to has heat, the cloth took forever to dry and have to hang them outside to get dry.
