Excellent location near Den Den town, Shinsekai and Namba district, with lots of shops and late night food. Friendly staff who also allow you to keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out for the day. Hotel offers cosy seating on the ground floor with self-help complimentary coffee, tea and water available during working hours prepared fresh everyday.

Located right between two metro stops, which is quite a walk (about 350m) either way. Lack of room service is not a deal breaker, be good if fresh towels can be left at the door instead of having to collect from the reception daily.

Location is walking distance to most major attractions. They offer nice complimentary coffee, tea, and Miso soup, quite nice when you return to the hotel on a cold day! Facilities are good and clean. They also offer complimentary toiletries on demand, including toothbrush, brush, razor, make-up remover.

They could have better designed the space to account for guests belongings, there is space, but does quite work to open a luggage or on our case backpacks, you end up putting everything on the bed and back on the bags to be able to move around. There are only a few hangers by the door for coats. Some hooks along the wall would be helpful. The pillows seem to be dawn, I'm allergic, and they did not have any synthetic alternatives. The staff was nice and tried to look for something but they didn't have it.

Rooms were very small. Location was a 5- 10 min walk towards Namba station. 10 min walk from Dotombori . Shitennoji temple was a temple with visiting 20-25 min walk . Namba shrine was also 15 min walk. We did have a difficulty to reach the hotel from Osaka Namba Station as the crossing was very confusing and we were carrying bags . Once we knew the path it was a piece of cake. We managed to walk back from the hotel to Namba station with 10 mins. Would stay again. Staff were very helpful and hospitable.

The property is very nice and modern. I liked the room as it felt more spacious than most hotels in Japan, especially for the cheap price. The staff was also very nice and they had a lot of amenities If necessary. 15 min walk to Namba station which has a direct train line for Kansai International Airport if you fly from Osaka.

15 min walk from the pain metro stations and 6 min walk from the closest one which isn’t so well linked to the rest of Osaka.

Free coffee, tea, water and miso soup anytime of the day and there's a dining/common area. Room was clean and space was a little small but sufficient. Beds were comfy, only wish pillows were a littler bigger and less flat. Location: around 10-15min walk to Kintetsu station, a little more to Namba (Midosuji) station, 6min walk to Ebisucho (Sakaisuji) station

Pillows could have been a little bigger and less flat. A little far (long walk) from Dotonbori, although still manageable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were a decent size for city break. The location is perfect, so much is in walking distance and easy to get to.

The shower is just a hand held head which makes it slightly difficult to shower, it's also not placed high enough on the wall to just stand under. My husband found the beds hard but that's all on personal preference.

Everything was perfect. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is great, near Dotonbori but in a quiet place. From Kansai Airport you can take the train directly to Namba Station. The hotel is located 7 minutes away from Namba station by feet. The hotel is very clean. Gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and friendly in the beautiful city Osaka. I wish the hotel prosperity and success. Definitely gonna book this hotel again in my next visit.

Everything was excellent.

The perfect location if you want to be in the centre of DenDen Town. I chose the hotel primarily for location, as my OH is an electronics buff, and it was just around the corner from a shop he particularly likes. Staff were great, and very helpful. There was no breakfast, but in the lobby there were extra drinks and soup facilities. Our room had a great view up and down the main street, although it wasn't noisy. I would stay here again. It suited us perfectly for this short visit. I hadn't realised just how close were were to Osaka castle (bus/cab ride away, or walk if you are very energetic) - somewhere I want to visit next time.

Nothing much really.

Very pleasant stay. My room was tidy and relatively spacious for Japan's standard in those areas. Staff was friendly and there was always iced water, coffee and tea in the reception area. If you are here for nerd stuff (capsule gacha, figurines, retro games...), you'll find yourself right in the heart of Den Den Town here, which is like a small version of Tokyo's Akihabara. Namba Station is also just a short walk away.

Although there was no breakfast option, in the lobby you can get free miso soup and drinks free of charge. Rooms were good. Rooms had enough natural light, as well as clean. Location is good if you want to feel Namba and Dotonbori vibe, bus still sleep quietly at night. Dotonbori is around 20 min on foot. This is our second time staying here. I liked that the corridor of each floor is semi outside. I don't know what would i say if there was a huge rain, on very cold weather, but i liked to feel the fresh non-air-conditioned weather.

There was a big change of staff during our 3 nights stay, they were undoubtedly polite and kind. However, this big change had it's downfalls. When one of the receptionist kindly allowed us to leave our luggage overnight at the lobby, once that day actually came, the next receptionist refused to do so. I had to convince him because it was already too late to find any other alternatives, especially knowing that we are supposed to come back and stay at the same hotel the next night.
