It offered a washing and dryer, and a balcony. A fridge with two free bottles of water. Cold AC, and hot shower. The hotel was cleaner than the original perspective of the surrounding neighborhood. It was close to Namba, but if one doesn’t like to travel “off the beaten path” the area could appear a bit sketchy.

This is a hard question, because I was satisfied. However the hot water system was a bit of a process to learn, but once learned, easy to operate. The lack of personnel was confusing, about how to obtain the room key, but the email from the company was satisfactory. It was like finding a needle in a hay stack. A person to talk to would have been better, but overall we managed to enjoy the hotel.

I liked the location, quiet at night and very close to the center and metro, walking distance 10 min to the closest tube line. The self check in was easy to do, clear instructions for both check in and check out. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but overall I was very happy with my stay.

This hotel is situated in a great location with two subway stations nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was excellent, the rooms were large (for Japan) and very clean. We could see Mount Fuji from our balcony which was an extra bonus

There is no concierge service

I like how responsive the host is. Okay, I said host yes coz its actually an AirBnB style and not a Hotel Hotel. Place is good enough, spacious and very roomy compared to a hotel of the same or higher value. Location is not that far from train station.

Uhmmm, so far was hoping they have vacuum sonwe could do minor daily cleaning. Pillows needs replacement, they are a bit worn out already. Futon doesn't look like its cleaned, sadly did not use and we squish the kids in the bed.

I liked most things. The location was great. The room was nice enough.

No extra pillow for the roll out bed and no staff ever on duty to ask. Though when I emailed them they did reply very fast about a different issue.

Good location. Room had impressive range of facilities. Self check-in worked as described.

Had to photograph the back of the inaccessible router to get details of WiFi connection. Stairwells were cold and dark.

Separate toilet & shower, Washing Machine is a giant plus, big fridge, cooking facilities, spacious.

No luggage storage after the check-out.

The best location you could imagine for Osaka.

Having a washing machine was wonderful and felt secure.
