Excellent location! The hotel is very close to Kuromon Market and Dōtonbori. For travelers taking the Nankai Limited Express from KIX Airport to downtown Osaka, it’s just a 15-minute walk from Namba Station. The highlight of the hotel is the bathroom—it’s surprisingly spacious compared to the relatively small room. The wet and dry areas are separated, and it features two taps: one for the shower and another for filling up the bathtub.

The room is quite small, with a narrow walkway that makes it difficult to open and place a suitcase on the floor.

Good hotel close to main shopping and restaurants. Metro station 5 min away. Hotel is small, in a quite street. Rooms are small and older, but clean.

Check in was at 4pm (which is late) and check out at 10 am (which is too early), which is not standard compared to hotels worldwide. Breakfast was fine, but had only Japanese food available, and minimum fruits, vegetables.

Room spacious and cery clean with confortable big beds. Reception staff was very helpfull and there was a candy bar with some free snacks and complementary pijamas Location was great 2 minutes from Kuromon market and good conection to the main spots

Room walls are a little think so if someone screams on the floor you will heard it (is however not the fault of the hotel) Fridge was sometimes a little noisy

Nothing. But I left my Iphone charger and travel adapter before checkout and had only realized it at night when I have arrived in Kyoto. Tried to ask the hotel to look for it but they said they couldn’t. What a bummer😞

I love everything about this hotel! It is situated near Kuromon Market and has a 7-11 nearby which makes it convenient when looking for food and other needs on a daily basis. It is also just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Dotonbori which is a delight if you want to try different Japanese street food and delicacies. The famous Glico Man is also nearby, not to mention the Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street which is perfect for shopping and looking for souvenirs. Aside from its location, the room itself is clean, has all the amenities we need, and has just the right space needed considering most hotels in Japan are on the smaller side. The front desk staff was also very helpful and was able to take note of our request on additional two pillows for our room. If you are looking for comfort and convenience during your stay in Osaka, this hotel is definitely the place to be! 😊👍🏻

Great place. Near Dotonbori and fish market. Such a nice personel! If you have an option for breakfast - go for it! It's Japaneese style, Miso soup and some other original tastes served. We loved it. We actually started in Osaka and booked this place and when we had to leave Japan - we booked it again on the last night. Great place for a reasonable price.

The location and staff were nice.

We booked a queen bed but it was just 2 beds pushed together which had a bump in the middle where they met. Which wasn't very comfortable at times. Also, room service just walked into the room without us requesting which made me feel a bit unhappy- were they doing this when I wasn't there?

Wonderful location, just 5 mins walk to Nipponbashi station! It's pretty easy to go to Nara and Kobe by train and roaming around Osaka by metro! Spacious room to lay 2 suitcases on the ground without problems. Bed is comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Really amazing experience at this hotel!

It is hot while staying in the room. It would be better if we could control the heating system by ourselves.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was also larger than most hotel bathrooms. The bed were comfortable too. A short 10 min walk to dotonbori and namba nankai station is a huge bonus. The breakfast buffet was typically a healthy scrumptious Japanese breakfast!

The water in the sink only had cold water.

Very very friendly and polite staff. Let me keep my bag for a few hours before check in. Two short blocks to the market and 7-15 minutes from the Dontonburi tourist area (depending on how many shops you stop at).

Not a full or queen bed. It was two beds pushed together so I could not sleep in the middle. Little mildew smell but I think the staff tried to open the window to air it out but that let a lot of little tiny flying bugs inside. Not sure.
