We loved the location, size of the apartment, and the facilities. They’re perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child). We’d ample space to move around & still had space for our luggages. There’s even a washing machine in our apartment which means we could wash clothes daily! Having read others’ reviews helped us as first time visitors to Osaka to know that this location was superb - near Nipponbashi station (2 mins walk), 1 min walk to Family Mart, 2 min walk to Dontobori & 7-11 & t min walk to Kuromon market. This place is also convenient for taking the rapit train from Kansai airport. It’s a 12 min walk from Namba station or transfer to the nipponbashi station. There’s also a kitchenette & fridge, everything you need for a family is well-covered.

Nothing! We wished we were there for a longer time.

Nothing to dislike, but do take your time to scan the QR code on the wall to familiarize yourself with the water heater and towel service. Bon Condo is exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to everything… and when I say close, I mean close!! Turn left and you’re a 2 minute walk from Kuramon, turn right and you’re 2 minutes from Dotonburi street. Nipponbashi station is right on the corner and Osaka Namba is about 7 min walk. As a first time visitor to Osaka, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Glad we stumbled on this gem!

Location: 5 minutes walk to Nipponbashi Station (Sennichimae and Sakaisuji Line). Can even direct go to Kyoto-Kawarachi Station. 12 minutes walk to Namba Station. 8 minutes walk to Dotonburi and 5 minutes to Kurumon Market. Room: Clean and spacious (for 4 luggage). Separated bathroom and toilet. Have washing machine and dryer. Towel, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner provided. Easy check-in, keyless with PIN for both main door and room door.

Improvement: To have extra pillow. Add more mirror beside than only in the bathroom.

Location was very good. Amenities were OK.

Stayed there for 7 nights on the 7F, room 704. Major complaint was the noise from the floor above on several nights. Children running on the floor above our room and shuffling feet late at night. Other minor issues were lack of translated instructions to English for use of equipment and switches in the room, for example bathroom ventilation switch, washing machine etc. A printed manual in each room in English including house rules with emphasis on noise which I believe can be a major issue for those guests with noisy guests or inconsiderate guests staying above them.

Location was excellent

Everything was great but only thing we didn’t like was that the water pressure was very weak from 9PM - 11PM after that the water pressure was back to normal.

No food was available at the premises but the location is excellent for tourists / travellers wanting to visit Dotombori and the surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the subway and the market too.

There was only a QR code for the exchange of towels. We had to send an email to request for additional pillows and also to top up the body soap. A QR should be provided for the requesting of other amenities as well. The beds were also a bit on the small side and although we are Asians, my wife and I had little room to turn in the beds.

The room was spacious. I liked that it had a room divider so that people wouldn't have to intrude on each other. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. The kitchen was small but enough and they provided the utensils that we needed during our stay. Trash was easy to understand and straightforward to get rid of.

Communicating with someone over tablet to check in and get the door code was okay, but it made it a bit inconvenient if we had any questions. The bin to throw away trash at the end of our stay was located outside of a building that you got to through a door that locked when closed. That confused me a bit because that means at least 2 people needed to be there to remove the trash? Makes it a bit inconvenient of someone were to travel on their own, perhaps.

Hotel was great overall. They had a self-service baggage storage for before and after check in/out, which was helpful. The room itself was nice and spacious. Great location as it was walking distance to Dotonbori and the train station.

There’s only one air conditioner in the property which is in the main bedroom. If you’re staying with a group, like we did, then the kitchen area where the other bed is gets really hot as the other occupants close the sliding door for privacy to their part of the property when sleeping. A second air conditioner would help make the property more comfortable for groups that stay in this place, especially in summer.

The property is close to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, 2 of the must-visit places in Osaka, as such, you have plenty of food options around the property. The kitchenette in the room also provided us with a working station for some food preparation for the kids.

Check-in timing is a little too late for liking (1600 hours), however, still acceptable. As the check-in process is manual via video-streaming with the agent, it can be daunting for the less tech-savvy patrons of the property.
