Great Value and Location! We stayed for 7 days and found this accommodation to be great value for money. It’s a self-check-in property, but the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. The place is fully equipped and comfortable for a family of four. The location is excellent — within walking distance to Nippombashi Station (a common meet-up point for many day tours), Kuromon Market, convenience stores, restaurants, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka!

Great location less than five minutes from one end of the popular Dotonburi strip and even less than that to the Kuromon Market. Also only two minutes from an entrance to a metro line that goes directly to Nara Park amongst other places. With the convertible bed, the room fit two adults and two kids just fine, although we had to move the table to make space for the bed. The instructions via slideshow which was accessed through a QR code provided all the tips that we needed. Wi-fi worked great. Very happy that there was a washing machine (although we had to hang dry). Pro tip: we found a Yamato Transport across the main street to the south and so was able to ship a large suitcase from Osaka to Tokyo while we went to Kyoto for a few days.

A washer/dryer combo would have been preferable, but we made do with hang drying. There were about a dozen hangers to use for hanging. The wifi did have a password but it was the same as the network name, so not necessarily the most secure password.

The room is close to the subway exit. But this exit doesn't have an elevator. If you are traveling with baby with a stroller You must take another exit. The room is close to Dotonburi Street you can walk for 5 minutes to this shopping street. Nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The bed is suitable for 4 people as shown in the picture.

The elevator of the building was so tiny. If your group traveling with big baggages, it's fit for one person and one baggage or one person with one baby stoller. And be careful the door of the elevator are quickly closed. And The room has a washing machine. But there are very few hangers.

Excellent location, within 300-400 meters of Dotonbori. The property was clean and tidy and keys were in a locked box on the door knob and left it there while leaving, which was very convenient. It had free Wifi, kitchen and washing facilities, ample space to store luggage and spacious toilet, which is hard to find. The communication by the hosts was excellent with quick responses.

The bathroom could be make more spacious like the toilet. Please provide umbrellas for the guests in the rainy season. We didn't know and had to buy and carry them back which was not convenient.

Location is next to Nippombashi station exit7, surronding with food, Lawson and everything you need for holiday. Not crowded area but next to center of tourist spots. On the main road is super easy to get taxi, bus.

during my stay, tempature is quite cold for my family and location of air condition(heater) didn't make the whole room comfortable as expected. But overall of our stay were good. Value for money. Cleaniness is perfect.

The apartment equipped most of the useful items, they do have washing machine and laundry solution provided. I am so impressed, and apparently we are able to wash our clothes because of the raining day. The location is strategic, definitely a nice stay for a small family or couples. With the stay, my Osaka trip went better.

The ceiling is a little low so you will a little bit constraint. As my husband he is a tall guy haha.

The property that we stayed in is super homey, it literally added so much value to our overall Japan stay and experience. The WiFi connection is good. The kitchen utensils are complete. The washing machine can be used and working properly. The place is very near subway stations and other famous places in Osaka. The host is very kind and responsive, too.

very good location,close market and center, the house is more spacious and airy than most of the houses I have stayed in Tokyo and Osaka, the arpartment looks nice than the pictures in Booking , and has a balcony,. Very complete facilities, allowing luggage to be stored before check-in time.

a bit noisy because it is near a big road but the host was very thoughtful and prepared earplugs.

Great location close to Dontonbori and Namba shopping and train station. Very clean room with lots of space for a family of four. The kitchen area was excellent and handy for cooking breakfast and preparing food.

Beds were horrible!!! They were super hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed wasn't made up so had to do that for the kids to sleep on. Sheets were thin and pillows seemed cheap.

Clean . Location is perfect right next to the kumon market and subway , 7 eleven , everything at your doorstep . Fold out couch comfy and large . Linen great shower functional

Bed was very very firm , can’t fit 2 in lift with large luggage . A family staying would be a tight squeeze everyday in lift so you may need to take stairs .
