The room was large (for Japan) and well furnished; the location is excellent: a few steps from Keihan Moriguchi-shi Station with trains to Osaka and Kyoto, and it's a short walk to Moriguchi Station on the Tanimachi Line (Higashi-Umeda in 16 minutes and a huge Aeon shopping center at Dainichi, two minutes in the opposite direction). Good soundproofing and comfortable bed. Reasonable rates and excellent value for money. There is a good restaurant, with extensive views over Osaka, on the top floor. The upmarket Keihan Department Store is a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat around the station. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel for those looking for comfort, a good location, and a breakfast that exceeds all expectations. I will return without hesitation! I stayed at this hotel during my visit and was completely delighted. Its location is privileged, right in front of the train station, making transportation easy, and it's just a short walk from shopping centers, restaurants, and areas of interest. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is its breakfast buffet, which is worthy of a 5 star hotel. The variety is impressive: from healthy options like fresh fruit and natural juices to hot delicacies like eggs cooked to order, freshly baked breads, and everything of the highest quality. The coffee is also excellent, and the staff is impeccable, always eager to replenish and ensure guests have everything they need. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I had a pleasant rest after a day exploring the city.

i love everything about this hotel♥️ old style but classy and well maintained. Our family love the food. both ala cart and breakfast buffet. kudos to their welcome beer 🍺 for adults and kids drink and toys during our check in. plus beauty kit Pola brand for women as welcome gift 🎁 Parking space was also very nice. But didn’t know the parking lot would close during night time.

Front desk (men) were very serious. Front desk facial expression matters to me, specially when we’re going somewhere were not familiar.

Everything was very nice. This hotel gets a 9 score. Cleanliness, wifi, facillities, comfort, location, all good. Nothing more I can add.

I thought that one desk staff could be a little more polite. When they handed over the receipt, they did not put it in the envelope, as Japanese desk staff usually do. Details are important. Management should ensure that staff are competent, cheerful and have the right (helpful) attitude when attending to Japanese and also non-Japanese guests.

The room was clean and bright. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. It would have been even better if the hotel had changed the menu more often. The food was delicious though it was pretty much the same during my 5-day stay. The location was super convenient.

The air-conditioning. It was at the lowest temperature but the room still felt stuffy.

There was a really awful smell as you come out of the lift on the 4th floor, smelt like rotten food, it was so overpowering it made me feel sick. It was there every day of our stay

Very good accommodation.There were staffs stand by to give you a hand 24/7. There were some restaurants and convenient stores near by. A station closed to the hotel.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff, location is crazy good literally right next to a train station that gets you basically anywhere you want to go in Osaka ect. Inclusive Breakfast buffet is unbelievably good and the price is very reasonable given how amazing this stay is.

Room bigger than usual (very small for most of the hotels) in Japan. Acceptable breakfast. Room prepared in advance for us due to busy facility on accommodating badminton players. Even if a very expensive facility (no reason for such prices in Japan), but still cheaper compared with others. Good enough for one night staying there.

Car's parking paid by us even if owned by the hotel! Room's furniture not very new. Technical room (bed linen, etc.) at the end of the floor's corridor was permanently open and a bad smell coming from there as well. Badminton players from an Asian championship keeping sweaty shoes outside their room on the corridor! There was a person in charge at the restaurant strongly pushing (completely unfriendly) for their cleaning gel before going in! Located far away from any tourist attractions and city center.

Great, very helpful staff and access to the rail system is so good. Plenty of local convenient stores within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Rooms are your typical Japanese size but has all the thinks you need to relax after a day of exploring. Comfortable bed, TV, Radio, and a view of the Osaka skyline. When checking out and you have plenty of time before your flight/train etc you can leave your luggage at the hotel for as long as you need.

The hotel is not close to tourist attractions, but that's what the trains are for. Spend no longer than 15min on trains to get to the main sights of Osaka.
