Near to station both bus and train. It’s convenient because the supermarket and drugstore are near in case of emergency. I like also the view from my room. Sunset view also good. I love the Bible inside the room.

There was a smell that need to get rid off in the room. Quite dusty also. Please clean the bathroom sink because there was rubbish inside of it. Much better to put cover to avoid rubbish fall inside. Please vacuum the air conditioner and the ventilator from the entrance of the room. There’s a lot of dust. It will be cooler of there will be no dust. Please clean also the molds in the bathrooms.

I was skeptical at first after reading the bad reviews of other people but it was super cheap for 2 nights & really close to the aquarium & usj which were our objectives of the trip. The room was really spacious with a single sofa & coffee table, this was such a rare thing as most hotel rooms in japan are cramped & not as spacious. The toiletries provided were good & they even provided new ones for our second day even when we forgot to put the cleaning sign on the room door. The hotel is also just a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station & a 3 min walk to 7-eleven. Overall it was a really good deal & comfortable stay, my husband said we should stay here again if we were to go to osaka again.

The parking fees was so confusing at first because they had third party parking at the hotel.

1, Nice location with bus stop downstairs (level 1) can be accessed to Osaka station and other JR station, if you have metro/bus pass it’s a good place to stay. And 500m to metro station. 2, close to ocean park(just so close to the hotel by level 2) and USJ( take a ferry to or take metro with 2 transportations) 3, nice price about only usd $80 per night, and there’s two other beds with mattress under the separate beds, it’s good for family stay, I take my parents (old people) then we just ordered one room but have a nice sleep. 3, less guests. We didn’t even see anyone else staying at this hotel. 4, limousine bus only from 11 am can take it by the wonder wheel

The room is very spacious, it is very near to Universal studios japan, and at least a 30minute drive to the airport.

The nearest 7eleven was a bit far. It takes time to book for transportation
