The price was very competitive. The room was nice & clean. We were lucky to have a view of the park. The hotel breakfast was delicious & varied every day. The dining room is modern & roomy. The staff working in the dining area was friendly. There was a reception staff member, a tall young Japanese man, he looked after us on the night of our arrival on 06 April, he was extremely helpful & friendly and has great customer service skill.

There's not much to do or see in the area. There is limited choice of places to have dinner. The supermarket closed early & there was only one convenience store

We have stayed here several times beginning in 2005. The location is close to trains and taxis. It is close to Tonarie Annex and other shopping. there are good restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, grocery stores and “100 Yen” type shops nearby in case we need something small. I love the Minami Senri Park and Bird Tree Restaurant in the park that are an easy walk and lovely to look at from our hotel. several staff members spoke English and were very helpful when we needed to order a cab, etc.

Would have liked an option to have an extra pillow.

Great location, very close to train station, supermarkets, starbucks, and conbini. Rooms are a very good size, larger than normal. Good lighting due to large window. Breakfast is very Japanese and does not change much, however there are other options 2 mins away. Beds were comfortable.

Not all staff could speak English.

The location was nice, and was close to a train station for a private line. I had booked a room for 1 person but was given a room with 2 beds, so I was pleasantly surprised with the extra space.

Accessing the lobby and the hotel were a little difficult, as they are part of a larger commercial building. When you arrive at the address in the booking, enter the main doors and use the elevator to get to the 4th floor; this is where the lobby for the hotel is.

Excellent location. The hotel is across the street from a lovely park with a pond and right next to the train station where one can hop on and off to wherever one wants to go. The park also has a wonderful restaurant with delicious food that is reasonably priced. There is a small grocery store and convenience store nearby.

The rooms were a bit small for western standards but probably just right by Japanese standards.

The location is amazing. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, hotel is connected to the station of Hankyu railway and so easy to get anywhere in Kansai.

Breakfast, the quality is poor compared to all other hotels in Kansai. All can food or frozon. We have tried lunch too but not good at all. It is so pity because it is a lovely hotel even though it is quite old.I believe a little bit of improvement in food and beverages is definitely needed.

Spacious dining room for breakfast which had food for all types of diners. Very comfortable bed in a small room. Beautiful park view from room.

The breakfast was excellent !!

For two adults, the room was waaaay too small !! We were climbing over each other ! We saw the photos in the lobby of bigger rooms and were wondering why we were given this room, good for one person -

The breakfast offered an expansive variety of good foods to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised both mornings. Also, it was good that you have children's plates, cups and silverware.

The room was a bit chilly; there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The location is very strategic and peaceful. It's not too far from where I'm doing my work at. The nearby supermarket and train station definitely ease my commute everyday.
