I enjoyed my stay overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the station, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also impressively quiet; you can barely hear any noise, which made for a peaceful rest. Although I didn’t use the Sky Spa due to having tattoos, someone I travelled with did, and they said it was a great experience. I also appreciated that the air conditioning stayed on while we were out — it was so nice to come back to a cool room in the middle of summer.

There are a few areas that could be improved. First, housekeeping is only available before 9 a.m., which feels a bit too early compared to other hotels — extending it to 10 a.m. would be more guest-friendly. Second, there were no bath caps provided either in the room or at the front desk, and it would have been nice to have complimentary bath salts or face masks available. While I understand the hotel is in a regional part of Osaka, the room still felt quite small, and the space wasn’t used as efficiently as it could be. We struggled to open two suitcases at once. Lastly, I would appreciate it if disposable slippers were provided — the current ones didn’t feel very clean or comfortable to wear.

The staff at reception were very helpful and easy to talk to despite a minor translation barrier. Conveniently close train station, and another about 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There’s a konbini on the second floor, with two places to get either drinks or food at, and the amazing grocery store on the first floor which had anything we needed or wanted to try. The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely clean. I took advantage of the laundry room, though, I did have to run the dryer for additional time. Fresh towels and water bottles provided daily which was really appreciated. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was more spacious than our hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. Property was located nearby quiet neighborhoods which were nice to walk around after meals to get lost for a bit and enjoy the peaceful silence from the metro areas. Did not hear the trains from the hotel at all. Lovely views as well.

The room was very clean. Concerning the bathroom, I was very pleased with the good water pressure for the shower and the multi-functional toilet. As for the bed: very comfortable! Location-wise, the hotel lift opened up to a walkway leading directly to the train station, which was convenient for getting to work. Additionally, the wifi was fast.

Finding the entrance was a little tricky, as the hotel is connected to a shopping centre.

Accessible from the train station, just a 3 mins walk! Spa was amazing i was soaking in there almost every day for my stay. everyone was naked and didn't bat a single eye so it was fine for me. Men and women are separated but young children could still be there in the women onsen. Room was big enough for one person, could be a bit small for bigger luggages though. Everything was clean. Helped me with luggage delivery to my next hotel in Tokyo which was super nice!

Breakfast is not included but i only bought a coupon for one day and it wasn't worth it in my opinion. 7-11 is just downstairs along with other restaurants so there are (better) options. Also there was a few loud children in the onsen which was a bit annoying but they left quickly.

The hotel is very well connected to Osaka city centre and 2 minutes away from the station. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable. They give you pajamas and slippers, and other amenities (toothbrush, brush, tea etc) are also available. The beds are very comfortable and you have different types of pillows on the bed (harder, softer). I really liked the atmosphere and the Japanese design of hotel. I used the sky spa several times and it was a pleasure to have some relax after sightseeing all day. I strongly recommend the Candeo hotel in Kishibe. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Osaka. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and on my 6 nights stay I really felt at home.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The service was good.We received fresh towels and sleepware every day.The location was great, very near a station and it made traveling easy and navigation simple.We could was our clothes at the laundry and leave our baggage with reception the whole day after check out.

It was not the Candeo Hotel in the heart of Osaka but a bit further out, but in the end it turned out to not be so bad as it was linked with the subway.

The services and hospitality they provide. Housekeeping, local shops and locstion is very good between kyoto and osaka

didn't dislike it at all, but they didn't have iron. The breakfast should have more variety, and it was cold breakfast

The hot baths indoor and outdoor as well as the sauna were very nice, staff was very helpful, a seven eleven and a big supermarket were right at the hotel a few floors down which was very convenient. The hotel is right at a train station and you get into the city from there quite quickly.

Since the hotel is right at the station you can of course hear the trains but it didn’t bother us at all during the night.

Great location, very clean and aesthetic, comfortable beds and soothing jazz music that will get stuck in your head for the rest of the trip

The breakfast was lackluster in our opinion, it was very expensive at 2000 yen a person and the buffet lacked variety and didnt taste very good

most of all roof top bath house. after tired day soak into hot water and outside bath is sooooo gooood. breakfast is very tasty too. very satisfied. train station is next to hotel and market is at first floor so very convenient.

everything was good but room was little small. can’t put my luggage. others then that satisfied.
