Good location & good values. Safe & quiet. Even though there was Citycar line just next to the building, the noise didn't bother us at all. We were in the top floor. Indeed, it is very easy to get around because the station is only 2 mins away from the building. Easy to do gorcery shopping & lots of dining options . We did morning walk, exercise, to the CBD & attractions. Staff is helpful & quick response to my messages.

Instructions to get to the premises may need to be renewed. As some of the info is out dated & we need to seek extra help in the airport. Thankfully, people we met in the trip were friendly & helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Experience Sapporo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The owner was incredibly understanding and allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver, especially with the cold weather outside. The housekeeper greeted us warmly and was so kind, offering us a cozy spot to escape the chill. She even gave my daughter some gummies, which really made her day. The property itself was perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a steamer. This came in handy when we bought a king crab and decided to steam it ourselves. It was such a fun experience, and the crab turned out amazing! The location was also fantastic, with a tram stop right in front of the stay, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there’s a lovely Turkish restaurant just a short walk away. The owner was kind, and the halal food was delicious – a great find. Overall, I highly recommend Experience Sapporo. From the warm hospitality to the well-equipped home, it’s a place that goes the extra mile to make your stay feel special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment is spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and practical layout. The Sapporo streetcar/tram is just a few meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Mount Moiwa Ropeway and Odori Park. The beds are very comfortable, and there is ample personal space for relaxing after a day of holiday activities.

It was a little difficult to use the cupboard in the main area as there was a bed right next to it, but it wasn't that bad. We could have used more hangars. There was plenty of hanging space, but a few more hangars would be great.

Good value for money, good location, quick communication in English, clean, relatively big for a Japanese apartment, two bedrooms, easy check in via a tablet at the lobby. Surprisingly quiet despite that the tram runs beside the building.

For non Japanese guests the kitchen was relatively poorly equiped. With small investment into knives and a toster would make it a much better place. A drier would be also practical, but that was missing from all Japanese accommodations that we used. A bit far from Sapporo Station, but a taxi is not too expensive.

We seldom rate a property but this one deserves it. The place is strategically located nearby everything and a few steps away from the tram. Everything is working fine in the house (heater, shower, aircon, wifi, frudge, etc.) and we love how big, organize and sufficient beds, way better than staying in a hotel. The apartment is a few steps away from street car stop, easy access to Odori park station and then 1 stop by metro to JR Sapporo station. The apartment is clean and spacious. The whole apartment is on same floor, no need to climb stairs. It is clean and beds comfortable.

A bit of echo and noise within building from other occupants, but it did not bother us. We just had to keep quiet at night. While location isnt bad, and there are restaurants within walking distance, the good food are near Odori and JR station. We booked this for price, not for location.

The room is spacious, the facilities complete, the location is very good with tram just outside the building. The information for access to the building is clear.

The upper kitchen cupboard is not ergonomic, there is a risk that your head could be hurt by the sharp cupboard corner. There is no adaptor converter

The establishment is in a quiet and safe residential area, which is what we really appreciated. It is very convenient to visit other areas of the city by streetcar since the stops are only a minute away on foot. In the neighbourhood, you can easily find convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Even though we didn't get a chance to dine in the nearby restaurants, we can imagine how comfortable and convenient to live in that area. One has to understand that there is no (physical) face-to-face interaction at this establishment. It was never an issue for us. Big thanks to the staff for addressing the request for high floor apartment. We also like the fact that we could do our laundry with the washing machine provided. They are very responsive on Whatsapp as well. Good English too. Recommendations are sent to us through Whatsapp before we actually took off. Thumbs up to the recommendations in the guest info folder.

Nothing major. Would have been better to include a bit more detail on the instruction "how to use the washing machine" in the guest info folder. We don't want to break anything and we managed to figure out how to operate. Glad that we didn't break it. : ) Meanwhile, it took us some effort to get used to the new digital way of registration and check-in. I must emphasize that it is not a negative about the establishment. Future travelers may just need to pay a bit of attention to it.

Its very comfortable for 4 pax, more than that would be crowded. Clean house, all electrical appliances work properly, great stay overall! Location near tram

Convenience store is walkable, but not exactly nearby. Note this if you are not used to walking in daily routine.
