My family and I were very impressed with the friendly services of the staff. We want to specially mention Ms Uehata, who went all her way to brief and orientate us to the hotel and the surrounding places and helped us to book a very early call for taxi to send us to the airport for our last day of our trip. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, which we allowed us to rest well for the three nights we stayed there. We found the surroundings very pleasant and have a number of good authentic local eating places. We love this place very much and will definitely return to it when we make the next trip. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasure and enjoyable one. Our appreciation to Ms Uehata for her excellent services.

we were not sure about the location of the hotel when we booked, however, although it's a bit remoted from town but the location to those who drives is considered fine. the hotel is quiet and tidy, although the hotel has no dining facilities, we enjoyed much with the opened social area - a huge dining table with supporting pantry for our own breakfast as well as a comfortable sitting space

the carpark is not attached to the hotel and caused slight inconvenience - it an open carpark and needs to walk a slight distance especially the two nights we stayed were rained

The room was very good. The bed was amazing and had a great mattress. The room is very pretty and although it's on the smaller side, it is very well distributed. The surroundings are very green and pretty and it's fairly close to the train station.

It has basic facilities. No breakfast or any similar services but for my kind of trip this was not necessary.

The location was not the most convenient place but they offered some taxi vouchers, there was quite premium breakfast bento box arrangement, laundry facilities etc. You forget you are far from the town. Super comfortable spacious room. There is an amazing garden in front of it. I’m more than happy to go back if there is another opportunity.

Everything are good.. All staff have service mind.. The location are very good even though the hotel didn't have breakfast but the location very close to starbuck and in the hotel have microwave, oven and ice maker machine for you so you can just grab food and heat it anytime you want. Hotel also have laundry room washing machine and drying so you can clean your clothes once you stay. The environment is very good have a planty of space next to the park and next to canel so you can take a walk in the evening and you can run for excersire in the morning it's very good vibes of relaxing. Super market, 7-11 and Lawson are very close to you only 3-5 mins by car. If we have chance to visit Sapporo we will come back for sure.

Very clean, comfortable with an amazing flower park

All amenities within walking distance close very early; need to drive out to the nearest convenient store or restaurant but the hotel provides taxi vouchers.

Our flight from Sapporo airport was delayed and it was an urgent same day booking, did not regret at all! Nice room, friendly staff, positive atmosphere. Room is bigger than average what one could get in Sapporo.

Breakfast was not available from the hotel, however Starbucks Coffee is a few minutes walk from it

Quiet enough away from crowds, but accessible, especially if you have a car. Ample parking. Spacious lobby and pleasant surrounds.

On check out, I asked for help with luggage and the staff merely pointed to the luggage trolley for self-service despite there being 3 staff at the reception. Not the standard I'd expected from a Marriott property. Also, had to re-ask for receipt on check out. Does not dent the experience too much - just some standards for the hospitality chain to note.

Staff was friendly and very nice service mind. Room was cleanliness.

Size of room was so small and so expensive (JPY 15,730 per night without breakfast). Far away from bus station and any attractions. No restaurant inside the hotel.

The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful when we had last minute change in plans. Helped us book a taxi as well. Black out curtains were amazing. Slept so well!
