we were not sure about the location of the hotel when we booked, however, although it's a bit remoted from town but the location to those who drives is considered fine. the hotel is quiet and tidy, although the hotel has no dining facilities, we enjoyed much with the opened social area - a huge dining table with supporting pantry for our own breakfast as well as a comfortable sitting space

the carpark is not attached to the hotel and caused slight inconvenience - it an open carpark and needs to walk a slight distance especially the two nights we stayed were rained

Everything are good.. All staff have service mind.. The location are very good even though the hotel didn't have breakfast but the location very close to starbuck and in the hotel have microwave, oven and ice maker machine for you so you can just grab food and heat it anytime you want. Hotel also have laundry room washing machine and drying so you can clean your clothes once you stay. The environment is very good have a planty of space next to the park and next to canel so you can take a walk in the evening and you can run for excersire in the morning it's very good vibes of relaxing. Super market, 7-11 and Lawson are very close to you only 3-5 mins by car. If we have chance to visit Sapporo we will come back for sure.

Nothing

Quiet enough away from crowds, but accessible, especially if you have a car. Ample parking. Spacious lobby and pleasant surrounds.

On check out, I asked for help with luggage and the staff merely pointed to the luggage trolley for self-service despite there being 3 staff at the reception. Not the standard I'd expected from a Marriott property. Also, had to re-ask for receipt on check out. Does not dent the experience too much - just some standards for the hospitality chain to note.

Staff was friendly and very nice service mind. Room was cleanliness.

Size of room was so small and so expensive (JPY 15,730 per night without breakfast). Far away from bus station and any attractions. No restaurant inside the hotel.

The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful when we had last minute change in plans. Helped us book a taxi as well. Black out curtains were amazing. Slept so well!

American style hotel has basics of what you’d expect. No breakfast available.

Larger room, nice bed

The way into the hotel was hard to find. It's back behind some other buildings, off the main road. But there's no sign along the main road directing you where to turn in. Also the shower opens up directly into the main room. Needs a barrier.

our flight got delayed and we had to book an accommodation last minute. It turns out we made a great choice. this hotel is pretty close to the airport and a great getaway to Hokkaido’s ski resorts. the rooms are exceptionally clean, modern and have all the amenities. the staff was very friendly and helpful with our late checking.

it’s a bit a far from the station, do take a taxi, it’s not that expensive

very new hotel near Chitose airport.. Very clean , cosy & super quiet despite being near a very heavy traffic road.. Staff very nice & helpful.. No breakfast but there is a space where you can coffee , tea & miso located at the ground floor..

The staff was very welcoming. When we realized we left an item in the room, staff was able to assist us to ship the item to our home.

I liked everything~ Even found good places around, but without car it’s a long journey by a walk :)
