Stayed at the hotel for a night transferring at Minami-Chitose station. It's just within a walking distance, although the sidewalks are rather uneven and uncomfortable to roll a suitcase on. Fortunately there's a shuttle option both to the train station, and to the airport which is also nearby. The room was good, with decently sized bathroom. The window can be opened for ventilation. No issues with wi-fi. There are multiple washing-dryer machines at the hotel. Breakfast was good, and it begins at 6 in the morning.

Perhaps one nitpick could be the noise isolation, as the noises from the corridor could've been heard.

Hotel is about a 15 min drive from the airport in the town of Chitose. Was fine for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean albeit cosy for a triple. They had an in-house restaurant, car hire service, vending machines and washing machines. Restaurant has a good range of meals including some interesting local dishes, and serves breakfast. The kids pack was a nice touch.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was not that easy as there is no transfer from the airport (shuttle only goes from hotel to airport). We had to wait 20 mins for a taxi from airport in 0 degree temperatures, as there were not many taxis when we arrived.

I really like this hotel, it was clean, in a great location and the staff were really friendly. I arrived way before check in and I was not feeling very well. They could see my pain and gave me a room straight away without waiting for hours. I really appreciate that! 🙏

The shuttle bus to the airport does not start until 6:30 am so if you have an early flight it is not very convenient. Especially because they will not arrange a taxi for you. Apparently there are more tourists than taxis and cannot ensure that it will come. So be aware of that!

A great hotel for staying at before flying home. Friendly helpful staff on the front desk, and it was a huge bonus to have the lovely driver on the airport shuttle bus take care of my bike box so well :-) he even went to fetch me a trolley at the airport when we arrived - so kind!

It's a great pity that booking.com don't have leeway in their booking system. I had to change my flight to go home earlier than planned, and even though I rebooked for 2 nights, Booking.com wouldn't refund me my first booking. It really puts me off using their booking system in future.

Great Hotel. We liked the location near New Chitose Airport. The staff were courteous and also offered us an upgrade as we were staying for 2 nights in two separate itineraries. The hotel offered free parking & is close to many shops in the neighborhood. We liked our stay at the hotel.

We thought the hotel could provide temperature control in AC units inside rooms. Our room only had the controls for the Fan Speed and no option to put on Heat. The Cooling/Heating was centrally controlled based on season. In June, the AC mode was On, hence there was no option to put Heat on. It caused some inconvenience for us.

Staff was wonderful and helpful, absolutely everyone from the receptionists to the shuttle driver were amazing, thanks very much! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and supplies everything we needed for a short stay. Even drip coffee instead of the dreaded instant, wonderful! Good toiletries in the bathroom, solid wifi. Nothing to complain about.

Perhaps think about European travelers and have a few electricity adapters handy for lending at reception. We could not charge our computer bcs it has no usb and reception did not have an adapter to lend.

The property is located in an accessible location that is relatively close to the JR station. The laundry room is very spacious and has 2 full bookshelves of manga (if you’re a manga fan, it’s a good way to pass the time while waiting for your clothes to wash). They also offer a free shutter bus service to New Chitose airport. You can reserve seats during check-in.

As I stated in the 3-bed room, the bed area felt slightly cramped. However, the room is still quite spacious overall.

I appreciated the the breakfast and the airport transfer the hotel provided, Good breakfast we love it. The driver was very polite and very on time.

The room was to tight for the family with kid , we have 4 people and we booked the triple bed for 3 adult and 1 kid . the room would perfect for 2 single bed but once the hotel added 1 more single bed to the room to make it like triple roomtype so the room very tight there was no space to walk to sit or unpack the luggage, but It's not a big deal for me because we stay 1 night just for getting to the airport on the next morning.

Convenient location short taxi from airport. Comfortable, affordable. Lots of restaurant choices in close walking distance. Although staff didn’t speak much English, they were very helpful (with the assistance of google translate). They were unable to find us a taxi for an early morning flight, and instead drove us to the airport. Thanks!

Some road noise from the room (snow clearing) Bed was a bit hard

If you need to stay the night before heading to — or back from — Niseko, this is a great spot. It’s clean, quiet, and has a solid breakfast spread for the price. They offer a free shuttle service back to the New Chitose airport in the morning! It cost about $15 to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel when we arrived.

The bathroom is a bit noisy when flushing, but that’s not a big deal.
