1. Less than 10 mins to new chitose airport. 2. Spacious apartment. 3. Easy check in via tablet in the the property and check out by scanning the QR code in the room. 4. Well equipped.

I chose this property because one of the review says easy to get taxi from the check in tablet. In fact, there provide 3 telephone numbers and a phone for us to call for taxi. The problem is we have to speak Japanese to the operator of those taxi companies. ***Here I save you some time, go ahead download uber or Go or didi app in your phone, sign in and get your taxi right away. (Please note one taxi 2 luggage). Better than hang up by the operator if you don’t speak Japanese😛

My partner and 1 year old daughter stayed here for 1 night before flying out of chitose airport. Check in was super easy, the room was big with full kitchen facilities. We just grabbed some konbini food to heat up for dinner and made our own breakfast before a short walk to the train station to take our flight.

There was a censor light in the hallway to use the toilet, which I understand is very convenient, but it would wake my baby every time I went out there. I’m sure there was an off switch but I couldn’t find it. No vending machines or convenience stores nearby but if you do your research you’ll know what to prepare beforehand.

Mihn Chitose was a comfortable serviced apartment to rest while waiting for a flight to another city from New Chitose Airport. Mihn Chitose was located next to Rera Mall Premium Outlet, which unfortunately has been closed during the covid pandemic. The place was quiet and there were no restaurants nearby. The only way we know to get to a restaurant was going to New Chitose Airport, one station from Minami Chitose. You have to carry your luggage 650 meters or about 15 minutes on foot. Of course, it was very tiring. There are no adequate amenities other than towels, shampoo, and soap. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even coffee were not available

Everything! The room is very nicely design. One open area fully functioning. Convenient comfy and space. The balcony gives a great view and fresh air. Yes. Cold fresh air in Feb is the best thing to people from tropical country. Bathtub has a view to the port as well. The staff are super nice to give us solutions. The place the very clean and quiet. Onsite parking is avaiable. About 5 mins walk distance to the commercial street and Restaurants. We have great grilled wagu and Italian food.

Not really. But is you are not used to hilly city, this can be fun, a part of a turn is quite steep to snow driving. If come and go by taxi, there will be only the fun.

The apartment was large and well equipped. It’s convenient for rental car drop off.

There are no shops or conveniences nearby. To get to the airport you can’t book a taxi before 7am. And the heat in our bedroom didn’t get very warm.

The proximity to the Airport is the main drawcard for Minn Chitose. I dropped a friend off at the airport for an early flight and was back at the hotel within about 30 mins. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious, we had the superior family room and could sleep 5 easily. Comfy lounge and good kitchen, two bathrooms, spacious enough. Easy off-street parking, and great if you need to drop a hire-car off in New Chitose before catching a flight. I'd definitely stay again if I was in transit at the end of another Japan snow-board trip, with friends or family.

The check-in process is quite cumbersome, with no people on the desk. All visitors need to check in via a tablet at the front desk, but you do get to speak to a real person on the other end. If you are very clear about who you are and have your booking details at hand, it will speed the process up. This was the only difficult part of the stay.

Very close to the airport so made travelling there much easier! Nothing much to do in the area, but Chitose airport itself has many restaurants and shops as a way to spend the day.

There is very limited taxi service, especially if you don't speak Japanese!! We struggled to find or book a taxi in the 24 hours before we needed one and the staff were not available to help us as they are off site (and it seems outsourced to another country?). We ended up hauling 3 suitcases and a hysterical baby through snow and ice to get to the nearby train station. It's good value for money but BOOK YOUR TRANSPORT EARLY.

I like the place, i would stay for longer if i could it is a very comfortable living space. I especially like the toiletries, all the soaps smelled great. I like that the toilet and bath area was separate as it was easier to share with my family.

There were some problems with checking in as there were no staff on site but after calling the emergency number, the lady helped resolve the problem and was nice :) The kitchen counter was a little dusty though, perhaps no one touched that particular area in awhile

Love this place! The apartment was very accessible, near the airport, easy to find with ample parking space. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Room was spacious, tv, cutleries and other kitchen tools were also provided with the unit. Lift was a bit small, can probably fit up to 5 people at one time but with 3xluggage per person, we needed to do 2 rounds when we checked-in and checked-out, but really no fuss as it is a low-density apartment (waiting time for the lift was no issue at all). Overall, a superb one-night stay for us before heading to Lake Toya the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. Checkin and checkout were v seamless and no waiting time. Location is close to airport and car rental which is most convenient.we stayed the night and next morning walked 10mins to the car rental to pick up the car. The beds are comfortable and the room.spacious with small kitchenette. The Toto brand toilet is superb. no need to bring shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, everything is there for use.

There was a washing machine but no dryer. There is no restaurants closeby, if one arrives at evening, make sure you grab food at the airport first as restaurants are not closeby if you don't have a car yet and the food delivery service doesn't work.therenis a vending machine u can get instant noodle. I didn't understood why the shower area, wash basin and toilet are all in different spaces.
