It is a good hotel to stay near the airport. The room is not big, but it's very clean and well designed for practical use.

It was quite unfortunate that there's no in-house restaurant or eating house that's nearby. However, given the location, I can understand that, too. Nevertheless, the hotel provides a pretty comprehensive self-help pantry that completes with oven and microwave oven, as well as a bean grinding coffee machine. The other issue was I can't hang a bath towel in the bathroom. Hence, I have to walk out of the bathroom naked to grab the towel and to dress up. It is very inconvenient if you are staying there with another friend.

Very clean place and cozy, comfortable. It is located next to a roadside station which comes with a farmers market where you can buy local produce. The roadside station also have a cafe that opens around 730am where you can get breakfast. If you like a quiet area, this hotel is a good location, away from the city. You can find public onsen in about 10 minutes drive.

It doesn't have a restaurant in the hotel and there's nothing much nearby in terms of food, there's only a Seicomart nearby. The hotel does provide sale of instant noodles and bentos but not much variety.

Many compliments to Osanai-san. Osanai-san was extremely helpful during my recent visit to the Fairfield . Specifically, I needed assistance in developing a plan (with my bike) to return back to Tokyo, more specifically, to ensure I arrived in time to make my Shinkansen reservation. Osanai-san was so very helpful. Please know I greatly appreciate her support and kindness. Second, the rooms are very nice too.

Really love this place! Very peaceful & great nature views. The staff is incredibly helpful as well, faced some issues with my car rental & they help me resolved it so quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

It's quite far away from everything. Nearest convenience store is quite a walk. Would recommend to rent a car to get around if you're staying here.

There was no breakfast but we like the lounge area very much. It is relaxing just by sitting there. The coffee machine and ice machine were very good, as the weather was really hot. It is a bonus to be located next to the farmer's market and a nice cozy restaurant. The design of the room was very nice even if the traveller were staying for a few days.

The restaurant may consider providing some instant noodles at a reasonable price. It would be nice and comfortable to start or finish a day with a small bowl of noodles (ramen).

The staff were very warm and welcoming and made sure we had the best rooms for our stay. The rooms were modern and clean. There is a nice little kitchen space on the first floor with free coffee and miso soup. There's also a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy a bit of nature.

Beware: Google maps has the location wrong and will send you to an empty field. They are working on solving the issue. The hotel is near the expressway, not in a random field. The only other thing I can think of that's lacking is a lock for the toilet.

The staff is friendly and speaks English. The lounge area is cozy and functional. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. A convenience store (konbini) is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can buy snacks and frozen food at the reception.

I missed some amenities. There were no cotton swabs, bath sponges and separate shampoo and conditioner.

Great and very modern hotel. I liked how they utilized the rooms space efficiently while still making it feel elegant. There is a shop in the hotel that offers food and drinks for reasonable prices. The receptionists were very helpful!

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Combined with comfy beds and we loved it here. It still felt very authentic rather than a western hotel in Japan.
