Queen’s Hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from Chitose train station, 2 stops from the airport. We arrived late and left early the next day but it was no problem for check in and check out. We really appreciated the onsen. There is a free shuttle to the airport (not the other way around) at 6.25, 7.05, 7.45, 8.25 and 9.05. You have to book the day before at the reception. We booked the 7.05 and went down for check out at 7.00, our driver was already waiting for us and took us to the airport in 10 min.

It is easily accessible from New Chitose airport by bus/taxi. We could book ( booking previous day only)a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport(15 min). The hotel is very clean. There is onsen for hotel guests on the 1st floor.

We were given only one key(card) per room( two people) at first. But the elevator is operated only by the key. We received the second key upon request. If family has rooms on different floors, it would be nice to have access to the other floor too.

Staff friendly....airport shuttle leaving organised, location close to JR station...350m walk....onsen, comfy bed and sheets, small pillows though... restaurant downstairs for convenience, close enough to mall, Mcdonalds, barber. Easy check in, everything stocked daily by staff, a-grade bidet, overall design of room and hotel, laundromat and microwaves, coffee machines and free coffee machine at lobby

Controlling the temperature in the room, as far as bringing down the temperature, wasn't much of a big issue

The hotel's airport shuttle service are top notch !!! very punctual and helpful driver. need to pre-book / register a day before the shuttle service date. got plenty of schedule time to choose from starting at 6.25am, very helpful for those traveller that want to catch early morning flight. the main reason i stay on this hotel are the "free shuttle service"

somehow little bit dark outside hotel and the alley going to hotel, if plan to walk alone form the nearest train station.

Actually it is a very short stay for us. We booked the hotel because it is so near with the airport. Plus point is the hotel has free shuttle bus to airport, starting from 6.25pm. But have to book in advance (a day before). We booked during the check in, and the receptionist provide us bus ticket. We do not have time to enjoy the spa. Hotel has seperate woman dan man area at the ground floor. The room is provided with free drink. The room is spacious enough for us and at our level 7, vending machine is just in front of our room. Will definitely will come again.

The edge of cabinet is very sharp. My toddler injured a few times because the head knocked the tv cabinet. Otherwise we love this hotel so much.

Though the room was small and compact it came with everything needed within. They provide complimentary entry to their bathhouse which was well-kept. They also have a small izakiya (gastro-pub) that is connected to the hotel which provides superb food at very affordable prices. The staff was very welcoming as I misplaced my booking to a later date but they were still able to immediately provide us with a comfortable room.

The bed and sheets were exactly the most comfortable. But for its price it was very acceptable. The location is kind of just a little bit off from the busy part of the city center and so requires a little bit of walking to get to the hotel. We tried exploring nearby but certain bits were pretty quiet and didn't feel that safe ( seems a bit like red-light district nearby? might be wrong tho)

Room is rather spacious and big enough for 4 adults, with two single beds and futons. Tatami area and futons make the room feel cosy. The two big windows are a plus to look out onto the streets. Many food outlets right across the street. It is actually a short 5 min walk to JR Chitose Station, if you know how to take the shortest route.

The toilet is functional but tiny. It is a big step-up so not suitable for kids or elderly. Would be great if the hotel can install a proper step-up. Not enough space or hangers for hanging clean clothes and towels when taking shower.

One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall).

It's great value for money...nothing not to like.

Onsen attached is a bonus, moreover it's open till 1am, kudos to that. Coffee n tea machine inside the room was delightful! Free shuttle to airport was such a convenient facility

A bit difficult to locate. The attached restaurant wasn't very welcoming at all.

We wanted a place close to the airport. The hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. There is a restaurant at the hotel lobby that offered great local cuisine. We also enjoyed the onsen inside the hotel.

The staff doesn't speak English. It would be great that the hotel offered shuttle to pick up (even it is a paid service) as it was very hard to catch a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We waited over half an hour outdoor (minus 2 degree) for a taxi.
