We stayed at this hotel at the start and the end of our trip. We had unknowingly booked a room in the old block at the start and a room in the new block at the end. The new block rooms are slightly more expensive as they are newly renovated. But it is definitely worth it. The new block rooms are spacious, clean, newly decorated and have excellent toilets equipped with shiny new bath tubs. The air conditioning / heating is strong. Plenty of space in the room to open 2 large luggages. Most of the restaurants are also in the new block, which also happens to be nearest to the large AEON mall next door. The hotel is surrounded by eateries and shopping, great location for some last minute shopping before you hit the airport. We also managed to get a taxi to the airport at 615am in the morning via the Go taxi app quite easily. It’s a short 10 minute ride to the hotel and costs about 2000 Yen.

The old block rooms were very old and dated. There was a frayed old sofa in the corner an old clunky coffee table that had scratched varnish and old faded carpet on the floor. It wasn’t as spacious as the new block room too. The toilets had off white counters and didn’t feel very clean for that reason. The air conditioning felt non existent and we sweated all night though it was set on high. Getting to the hotel frm the Chitose station with luggage and snow on the ground was also a huge challenge. It’s only an 8 min walk on the map. But with luggage and the snow covered side walks, we struggled and took more like 15 mins.

Great comfortable, clean hotel in convenient location (we wanted something close to the airport before heading to Hirafu the next day). The only issue was not being able to get there in a taxi from the airport which caught us off guard (one wrong bus and 2 hours later we arrived by train, thankfully it wasn’t raining as we had 3 young children and five suitcases). Would recommend advising guests of this before they arrive, so they can plan adequately. We were very grateful to finally arrive to a nice warm comfy hotel room.

The location is close to the airport and lots of eateries nearby, also near our car rental office where we dropped the hired car so it was very convenient. There is a big mall right next to the hotel but we did not have time to visit. Room was big and comfortable.

There is no airport shuttle so it felt so near yet so far. Hotel receptionist told us there is a lack of taxis in the area, so expect a wait in the morning which had us worried as our flight was at 8am. But turns out we worried for nothing as an empty taxi was there almost immediately (maybe pure luck).

Service staff were excellent. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities but it was rather small (normal by Japanese hotel standards I suppose). There’s a Family Mart near the lobby which made it convenient to grab a bite without having to go out in the snow. Allowed us to checkin early and to checkout late which is quite unusual in Japan.

Wanted a hotel close to the airport but it was 2 train stations away (and the trains were very crowded) and in the heavy snow, the only way was to take a taxi, especially if you have luggage. Other than that, it was a very good hotel.

Clean, reasonably sized room. Well fitted bathroom. Family Mart on ground floor near hotel lobby.

Hotel is dated but we were assigned a room in the new wing so that was fine. Location not that close to New Chitose Airport but good for a night's stay before continuing with travels

The Hotel was located a short distance from New Chitose Airport which is perfect for us as we didn't want to travel a long distance in the dark when we first land in a foreign country in the autumn evening when it gets dark at 5pm. Although old, the lobby was grand still and the hotel gave us a very good first impression of Hokkaido and a very good rest stop after a long flight. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were good restaurants in the hotel and good cheaper options around the hotel. We bought the breakfast and it was superb! Just what we need before embarking on our long drive to the next destination.

we booked the corner room for a night to prepare for an early flight the next morning. the view was awesome and had a separate bath room from toilet. there’s a giant Aeon mall next to it, you can do all your last minute grocery/winter clothes / shoes / glasses shopping. it’s about 10mins away fm the airport. The staff helped to arrange for taxi to the airport. earliest booking time was 6:20am. felt panicky coz our flight was 7:30am. we arrived on time coz the drivers came early and the domestic counters for ANA only open at 6:30am.

The breakfast served is very well accepted with choices of local and international food options. The bread and pastry, salad and the local Japanese food is good to me. Beverage is good too with coffee and tea.

We have upgraded to a premium room being an IHG member and it was a very nice room with superb cleanliness and quietness.

Close to the airport. Many restaurants around.

The front desk service staff wasn't friendly and very impatient when we did not insert the card properly when we checkout and paid the final bill. I have the impression that they do not welcome foreigners/tourists.

Breakfast - the Japanese breakfast of noodles and rice with condiments is very nice. Location is close to the airport, and there is a little cafe behind them that serves good coffee. The reception staff that served us was very courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and had good views.

We only stayed for a night as we were enroute to the ski resorts after landing the night before! Wished we had more time to stay longer to enjoy the facilities.
