This hotel was very chic and affordable. It is very close to a metro station and convenience stores. The rooms were tight with the desk and tv but those are thoughtful and useful additions to the room. The bathroom tub was nice and deep enough for two people, and the public onsen is amazing. The onsen is very clean and plentiful, the outdoor area felt great as well as the cold bath and sauna room. The locker area is very large and nice to be in. I liked the vending machine outside of the onsen also. I would consider coming back if I visited Sapporo again, largely for the onsen and affordable price

It would be nice for a self check in and check out option. Especially for guests who are tech savvy, I think it would help the hotel staff. The location does not have much restaurants or stores for travelers to discover but that is okay.

Located one metro stop away from the lively Susukino downtown area it’s in a great spot set up base camp for exploring the city and surrounding area. We upgraded our room to a larger (27 sq m) room on the 22nd floor. Lots of room and a great view. The room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was a choice of Japanese style or western in two different restaurants. We tried both and preferred the Japanese but both were good. The on-site onset is large and well equipped. There is a sauna and spa as well as the main bath. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and communicated easily.

What a beautiful hotel, from the rooms to the baths, to the lounge areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at MyStays. For the price range, this hotel had spacious rooms with a couch and table to sit at. The baths had multiple pools, including an outside one. There is a park nearby which was especially gorgeous blanketed in snow. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but the food there looked very good too. Hopefully we'll be back, as it was a wonderful accommodation.

That our stay in this hotel was so short. Also, maybe that there were too many people and not enough lifts, and that the hotel itself is fairly far from Susukino.

The twin room was lovely & very spacious by Japan standards. We had a fantastic view of Sapporo and the mountains surrounding. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, close to the train station, and bus stops, and within walking distance to the main attractions.

We ended up having to change our travel plans to include an extra night in Sapporo - that was fine. However, I reached out to the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, and they wanted to charge us substantially more than what we had already paid for 3 nights stay - so we stayed elsewhere the first night.

The facilities were very clean the staff was very friendly and the restaurants were delicious. I do not recommend the buffet breakfast however. Stick with the Japanese breakfast or the Farm to Table restaurant as it is a much better quality meal. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I also recommend getting a massage as it is a good value and convenient location Inside the Hotel.

The buffet breakfast was over packed with unruly people and the food was Bland and dry not flavorful at all. The Onsen is prohibited for people with a tattoo so that was the only disappointing Factor about the stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location with two subway stations nearby. Easy train access from the airport. Walking distance to the town centre. Excellent onsen. Adequate (not excellent) fitness centre. Comfortable, spacious twin bed room with good beds. Several restaurants in the hotel, the main one with a Spanish flavour, although many other choices nearby. Perfect for our recent trip to the Sapporo snow festival.

Quite expensive although understandable given the snow festival and many tourists in town. The gym was adequate for low/infrequent users. Light weights (max 10kg)and two treadmills. Note that check-in is not until 3pm (similar to many Japanese hotels) although you can leave your luggage securely.

The hotel itself was immaculate and very well presented. Great central location for all the activities and sights we wanted to see and do while we were in Sapporo for 9 days.

The pillows weren't the most comfortable to sleep on and on the 21st floor, each night at around midnight there was banging upstairs. Not sure if this was the neighbours but it was a bit frustrating when trying to sleep each night.

We got a river view room , it was nice to have snacks in front of this view, they provided a baby crib for my 1 year old daughter. Also they allowed my baby to enter the onsen with no problem and the onsen has a good facilities for kids such as baby soap ,bathing mats, bathing chairs and a little toys. They have also a baby crib in the changing room for small babies. So as a mother I did not have any complications having my little baby with me in the onsen . The hotel is so close of one of the prettiest park in Sapporo and 4 to 5 mis walk to the nearest station. So many convenient stores nearby.

Some of the staff wasn’t that friendly. They don’t speak English but luckily i was with my friend that can speak a good Japanese.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were in great condition—comfortable and well-maintained—with a charming 80s touch in the design. The staff were also very polite and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The food was good, with plenty of variety at breakfast. However, the main dining room felt a bit dull, with no windows and a lack of atmosphere—it could definitely be made more inviting.

The staff member that checked us in and out was amazing! She was so lovely and took the time to explain things in Japanese very slowly and clearly so I could understand and only reverted to English when I didn't know a word - I really appreciated this as it gave me a chance to improve my listening skills! She said it was weird Japanese but it was perfect and made a great start to our stay. I loved the memory foam pillows as another pillow option. The coworking space was unexpected but nice to have. The view was lovely at night and we could see the TV tower to the side. The buffet was a great option for a quick, easy western breakfast. I loved the mini toast! The restaurant in the lobby was also a wonderful option if you've got a slow start as they prepare your food for you. The view was stunning after a night of snow.

Very typically for hotels but a thicker, heavier blanket would have been nice but not a deal breaker. It was a little bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle for the depths of winter but it gave us a chance to explore the park and river side in the snow.
