My check-in experience at Hotel One’s Residence was smooth and hassle-free, even though there were no staff at the reception. The self-check-in process using an iPad was easy and efficient. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room, though compact, was comfortable. One great advantage of this property is that it has an elevator, making it convenient for guests with luggage. Additionally, both the bus station and train station are nearby, which makes getting around very easy. Overall, a great option for travelers looking for a clean, modern, and well-located place to stay.

Very clean. Felt very satisfying to get in and get the code right! The facilities in the hotel are very good, the kitchen is equipped well. The washing machine also works well. Nice clean bathroom, and a separate toilet. Comfortable bed, and clean sheets. Room was pretty spacious too, and the table had two chairs! The bathroom mirror was good, there was a nice amount of space. Hotel is near a few convenience stores and restaurants so dinner was easy. Also close to multiple subway lines, maybe a 12min walk? I would happily stay here again, it was a good choice.

The check in can be a little confusing, make sure you put an asterisk before entering your number in the lobby check in room. But we were also tired and not thinking our best, it's nothing you can't manage. Nothing else, I would recommend staying here!

Theres no staff at the hotel hence cannot use delivery services to send luggage to hotel. The hotel is about 350m from the nearest station. Not too far but its quite a hassle if youre carrying big luggages with heavy snow

Great value, inexpensive. 2 separate rooms for the two separate beds. The staff responded to my messages in this Booking . Com app right away and were helpful. Check out was at 11:00 however I was able to do a late check out up until 13:00 max, for a fee of ¥1000 per hour. I checked out at 13:00 so that cost me an extra ¥2000. Was happy I could do a late check out…

Overall the hallway and apartment are a bit run down. Stains on the walls, carpets and ceilings. The checkin instructions said I had to go to a different property to check in, because this property has no reception desk or check in staff. That was inconvenient. I did not read that until I arrived at the building where my apartment was. However thankfully I messaged the property in this Booking . Com app and they responded right away and provided instructions how to check myself in to my apartment. So I did not have to leave and go to the other building. You guys need to update your checkin instructions. Do not make guests go through that run around process. It was stressful.

The lodging is spacious, including a kitchen and kitchen table, with a remarkable amount of closet shelves hidden behind panels. The bathroom is 'onsen-style' with the toilet separate. There is even a washing machine. The location is terrific, just a ten-minute walk to the center of the entertainment district at Susikino subway station. All this for a very reasonable price.

Huge room with plenty of space for the two of us. Great facilities. Free toiletry products. Very comfy (soft) beds! Hardly any street noise. There was even a bar for us to hang our towels on!!!(very rare in Japan). 7-Eleven right across the street. It was all we needed ~and more~ for a last minute place to stay!

Before booking, it wasn't clear that I had to go to a completely separate location across the city to check in. Maybe it was because I booked so last minute? And we had to unplug the fridge because it was so loud at night. Otherwise, no problems at all!

The location required 20 mins of walking into town, but that has its benefits! Also the fan over the cooker has really cold air coming through it. This is wasting a lot of heating energy for the environment. It should be fixed, I stuffed it with towels.

The washroom: showering was an uncomfortable chore because of the set up and the towels were too thin. Also, there is no dryer. And smokers smoke in front of the building so fumes enter the entrance.

Loved the location, very close walk to Sapporo center. I loved the Airbnb feel since there's a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. Really helped us feel at home during our stay. Extremely clean. I even saw staff cleaning/wiping THE WALLS in the hallway!

Like others said, check-in is troublesome because you need to take a quick train ride. It's at a different hotel and it was difficult especially with hauling luggage through Sapporo snow.

Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Nakajima Park, 1 minute away from nearest konbini, and around 10 minutes away from downtown of Susukino. Also the inclusion of package boxes are great, allows you to order stuff from Amazon etc.

There's no front desk, which means no luggage drops.
