•The staff was very helpful. They were able to help us make some last minute reservations at one of the hotel's restaurants. I also really enjoyed them greeting us whenever they noticed us coming back to the hotel, and, if they were available, they would make sure the elevator was ready for us when we needed to go up. •The shower temperature was consistently the same temperature. It would not switch between hot and cold like some other hotels I have experienced. •Sapporo Park is right outside so you could go for a lovely walk whenever you want. Plenty of dogs walk along the park so you will always get eye candy. •The entrance to the station is literally right next to the hotel. This can be used to go towards Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, etc. •This hotel supports luggage shipping. •They give you two free water bottles every day. •They are doing their best to be eco-friendly. They provide you a form that you can use to request amenities when you don't need a full room clean. •A humidifier is provided. •They have 3 rooms that can accommodate pets if you ever wanted to take your fur baby with you to Sapporo. •If you ask, you can get stuff microwaved. •They have a bill exchange machine that can exchange your 10,000 yen bills to 1,000 yen bills. •The fridge that was provided to you in the room has a tiny freezer portion! Maybe you want to use it to store some conbini ice cream for a late night snack.

•The hotel restaurants were okay. They are very expensive and not that amazing in quality. Food was 5/10. Very average. •They do not have coin laundry machines available on site. However, there is a coin laundromat no more than a 4 to 5 minute walk away from the hotel. •Tea and coffee are paid amenities. They are not complimentary. •I was unable to locate the safe in our room. •Their beds and the pillows were a bit too stiff for me and my partner.

The location is pretty excellent. It's right on the park. There is a nice coffee stand in the park that is open early - which is really unusual in Sapporo, so that's worth a lot if you like good coffee-snob-level coffee before 10am. There are also good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely professional. The breakfast is kind of a standard Japanese breakfast buffet, but they also had a few pastries and coffee (many hotel breakfasts only have tea). It's worth having because there aren't many restaurants in Japan that are open for breakfast, so eating a hotel breakfast is kind of your only option in most neighborhoods.

I mean, my room wasn't huge, but I got the cheapest room and I'm in Japan, so this is to be expected. If you want a big room in Japan, it's not going to happen at budget prices :)

I mean, what's not to like?! The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. And of all the hotels in the immediate area, this is probably the most convenient, either walking or metro. The place is a little dated for sure, but let's just call that ambience. I felt like I was the star of an old movie -- the huge staff was unfailingly helpful, and the facilities exude and old-fashioned charm that I found absolutely captivating. Definitely sign up for the breakfast when reserving -- it's surely one of the best in Sapporo. And unlike a lot of high-end hotels lately, the dining area feels spacious and relaxed (not overrun with loyalty members) with a lovely garden view. From a business perspective, I simply can't figure out how they manage to provide such an amazing experience for such a reasonable price.

Staff are very kind. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are pristine. Everything works well and also the coffee they provide in the room is very good. The nearby park is really beautiful and underground station makes is very easy to go around.

It feels like you walk in a time capsule from the 80s when you enter. Which is not necessary a bad thing, it is just surprising for a 5 star hotel to be in the exact same state aesthetics wise. We also made a huge mistake by accidentally booking a smoking room. We totally take the blame for that one, but I suggest booking a non-smoking room!

The​ location​ is​ good -​ it's​ very​ near​ to​ the​ Nakajima​ Koen​station.​ The​ exit​ is​ just​ the​ left-hand side of​ the​ hotel.​ It's​ also​ next​ to​ the​ Nakajima​ ​Koen​ Park​ which​ is​ so​ beautiful.​ And​ it​ can​ walk​ to​ Tanukikoji​ Shopping​ Street​ -​ around​ 15 min.​ The​ room​ is​ clean.​ The​ bed​ is​ comfortable.​ Facilities inside​ are​ complete​ to​ support​ what​ we​ need.​ Excellent to​ stay​ and​ would​ love​ to​ back​ again.​ 😍

Just​ only​ the​ air-conditioner​ that​ we​ cannot​ turn-on.​ But​ we​ totally​ undrstand​ it's​ due​ to​ the​ cold​ weather.​ The​ staffs​ are​ very​ nice.​ They​ helped us​ to​ open the​ window​ a​ little​ bit for​ the​ air-flow.​ 😊​

I am pretty happy that I booked this hotel,l. the hotel is perfect for a family. The location is great, only three stops from Sapporo stay, very close to shopping area and the odori park. The hotel is right next to the subway exit, and we can walk into the park right out of the hotel. Before I booked the hotel, i saw some comments about the hotel being old. It turned out the room is really great, not seemed old fashion or old at all. Facilities are good, the stay was comfortable. Service is good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Have to leave the door key at the counter everyday. Kind of inconvenient. But it’s ok.

The hotel is located in a posh and quiet district in Sapporo. Have a very grand lobby. Spectacular view of the Nakajima Graden and the mountains nearby if you have a park view room. Very close to the metro station just 1 min walk by taking the entrance adjacent to the boutique of the hotel. Very high quality and delicious buffet breakfast,helpful,polite and heart-warming hotel staff.

The room is hot even after adjust the air conditioning . I ask the hotel staff to open the window at the 5th nights and the room’s temperature finally cool to a comfy condition.

The front entrance service staff go out of their way to give any help that they can. The building inside and out is kept very clean. Needing a ticket for each morning's breakfast buffet is a little inconvenient, but it was an excellent buffet with a nice variety of various Western and Japanse options. The restaurant also had very attentive staff. It is situated next to a large and beautiful park. Great for morning runs, and at the end of the park, there is easy access to the riverside trails for longer runs. Also, it's a great park for romantic nighttime strolls. I will definitely stay here again next trip to Sapporo.

The staff, we called for a massage, then were denied after talking for a 20 minutes about massage we were confused why?, she said they were totally booked, for the entire day and she couldn’t do anything, disgusting and why is it disgusting? Cause she lied, when we called again that same day 5 minutes after we reached another staff member who said ofc there is spots open and put a massage for my girlfriend at 17:00 pm, if I knew who the worker was I would get her fired immediately this is the person working in the hotel that’s unheard off!

The​ room​ is​ big.​ The​ bed​ and​ blanket is​ comfortable.​ It​ comes with​ the​ full​ of​ amenities in​ bath​room.​ The​ products​ is​ POLA -​ so​ enjoyable 😊 The​ park​ view​ from​ the​ window​ is​ so​ epic! Nakajima Park​ is​ very​ beautiful -​ Love​ it​ so​ much!! 😊 The​ location​ is​ very good.​ It​ is​ very​ near​ to​ Nakajimakoen Station​ Exit​ 3 -​ just​ aside the​ hotel​ 1 minute walk.​ So​ convenient​ to​ catch the​ JR train.​ Also, you​ can​ walk​ to​ Tanukikoji​ Shopping​ Street​ and​ Susukino​ Shopping​ Street​ (10-15 min​ walk). Staffs are​ nice​ and​ friendly.​ They​ were​ willing to​ arrange​ the​ rooms​ that​ is​ suitable and​ convenient​ for​ us.​ As​ I​ booked​ the​ 2 rooms​ 4 nights but​ with​ 2 different​ booking​s; however, they​ could​ help​ us​ to​ stay​ 4 days​ long​ for​ one​ room​ which​ is​ more​ convenient​ for​ us​ to​ not​ moving​ the​ stuffs​ to​ the​ new​ room.​ So​ appreciated.​ 😊​

The​ TV​ is​ quite​ old-fashioned.​ It​ cannot​ connect to​ the​ Internet​ 😅. It​ would​ be​ good​ if​ you​ change​ the​ new​ one. The​ air-condition​ cannot​ be​ used.​ I​ totally undrstand​ that​ the​ weather​ is​ very​ cold so​ there​ is​ no​ need​ to​ ​use​ it.​ But​ it​ would​ be​ better​ if​ we​ can​ use​ it​ for​ the​ air-flow.​ Anyway, the​ Staffs​ helped us​ to​ unlock the​ window​ so​ we​ can​ open it​ in​ a​ small gap​ and​ let​ the​ air​ flow.​ Thanks​ a​ lot.​ 😊​
