Great location near Nakajima park - beautiful park to walk through everyday to get to the station and only a few stops away from the city centre. There was a common room with vending machines, cooking facilities and a coin operated washing machine which was very useful. Lots of useful amenities were supplied and the staff were quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the wifi was a bit slow.

The hotel was located near nakajima park, although it is not along the main road, still the location is very accessible to the train station. Just a 4 min walk to the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen (Namboku Line) and just near Susukino road. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly come again for our future Sapporo holidays. Thank you so much, Arrigato 😀

Actually it's beyond my expectations because the ranking is not high. But it's the most cost-effective hotel I found at Sapporo. Though it's bit far from the city center but the park nearby is really a perfect place to play with snow and the nearest subway station is also very convenient, only 5mins walking distance. We made big snowman in the park and small ones everyday. The hotel staff also helped to change the reservation from smoking room to nonsmoking room which is very satisfying. We moved here from another hotel which has hair on their bed and I don't want to waste my vacation there. Here the room is bigger actually, which is enough for my 28inch suitcase and the bed is perhaps 1.5m which is like kingsize in Japan. They even prepared special instant noodles for new year's eve which is Japanese tradition. Overall it's a pleasant stay!

The bedlinen is a bit old which was pilled.

We had a brief stay for one night only due to schedule changed and arrived in Sapporo one day earlier. So we don’t have a strong impact. Overall, great price and good location. You can walk to Susukino by foot around 15mins and by train around 5mins. Not far from Nakajima station.

Small, cozy and compact room for an overnight stay. Free parking at property was convenient. Very polite and helpful staff.

Vending machine on the 2nd floor had not only drinks but also snacks and cup noodles. Room very clean and comfy.

Adding instant coffee to hotel electric kettle set provided in the room would be a nice addition.
